WOW!!! Emerald u r looking fantastic!! i done sw before and lost 7lbs in just over a wk and unfortunately couldnt go back as i started a night time job and couldnt get to class!! i have started again 3 wks ago and lost 2lb 1st wk and sts 2nd wk couldnt get last week but i have just not been motivated this time round

After seeing your sucess i now know how much of a difference it really does make and after weigh in tmro (after i see the damage) i will be putting my heart and soul into it!!

I'm so glad i ahave found this site and hope to have everyone's support along my way!!

Well done again Emerald i bet you feel great, you certainly look it!! xx

Mine are no where near as amazing as you guys' photos. But I am posting them because they are the first photo's I can see a difference in. The first one is of me hugging my mate the second is off me last night, hopefully you can see that my tummy has shrunk a little and my upper arms aren't nearly as humongous.
