Don't know if I will literally be able to make it to pilates tonight guys, its a 6pm start and it takes me at least 40 minutes to get home from work. What about if I promised to go for a brisk walk instead?
Anyway, have now had a chicken caesar salad from boots, 136 cals and some pineapple, 35 cals and apple, 41 cals.
Altogether so far I've had: 375 cals.
I've bought myself a prawn and avocado salad to eat tonight as I really cant be bothered to sit around measuring things. That's just under 300 cals, i'll prob eat it with a slice of bread or something, and maybe i'll finish the day off with a yoghurt and another bit of fruit. Altogether it's not too bad methinks x
