Elle, your body weight can fluctuate up to four pounds in one day (mine does) and weighing yourself more than once a week makes you think you aren't losing it...only try to weigh in once a week and you won't have the panic, and it will give the full seven days' weightloss rather than daily fluctuations...anyway it's only .75 of a pound...and that is nothing compared to my daily fluctuations! I only weigh once per week now, as I found out how drastically it can vary daily...it's torture I tell you!
