Morning all!

Well, firstly, came in and the first thing I did was work on getting the boss' keyboard working again.. And I've finally sorted it, woooo!! What it was, haha, on tuesday I was looking at the dongle bit thinking 'blimey, there MUST be a button to press here' but I couldnt see it. Had another look on it today and, in fact, it's the LED. It doubles as a button lol. So i pressed it in sync with the 'connect' button on the keyboard et vois la! (if that's how you spell it!)

In other news, I weighed myself this morning guys and for some reason, it's not looking too good. Somehow i'm up 3/4 lb since tuesday!!?? Well, i'm hoping it's got to do with toilet activity lol and possibly totm. But still, gutted :(

Went see Yes Man Hope, it's excellent!

Oh, p.s. Yesterday I had approximately 1002 cals yesterday lol, and 20 mins on the wii.
 
I know the guy who wrote Yes Man. The film was much better than I thought it would be, it was so funny
 
worth going to the elle, I might check that out. Strange on the gain, but these things happen.
 
Elle how much water did you drink yesterday? Also when I've lost or am loosing weight and not far from goal like you, I gain a kilo or stay the same for about 5 days, so dont panic.

Also take a multi vitamin to keep everything at bay and the loss's will continue. If you are lacking in the vitamins the body will think it needs to hold onto the fat (it thinks you are not going to eat or receive nutrients).

You will be fine continue as normal and you might be experiencing a plateu (sorry to mention this forbidden word!!)

Yeh Taz, I noticed on facebook! Danny Wallace, he's a genius. Because you'd commented on a photo of the premiere that he took I was able to see the whole album lol. Very cool. How do you know him?

Bren, noooo! Not a plateau!! :( Sob bloody sob :( But I've been so strict this week. x
 
Babe your body is just trying to adjust to the new weight and changes happening inside recently. I always found that the by eating well all day and then not counting the cals for one dinner and enjoying yourself with perhaps one wine, then getting back into it the next morning was a sure fire way to reassure my body all is okay we are not starving.

Works for and worked for me and then the "P" will not happen.

Also you might want to re look at the foods. ARE YOU EATING A VARIETY OR LOTS OF THE SAME???????

It's all worth looking at Elle. Don't knock the sts weeks though - as Bren says the body NEEDS to adjust and distribute what's left of you into the right compartments. You wouldn't wanna look lop-sided or out of proportion now would you?
 
Well, thanks guys. Although you can't help but feel a bit sh*t... especially when you put so much work into it.

I had around 1.5 litres of water yesterday, which wasnt up to the 2l that I try for usually so i've already had 1 litre today. Im going to catch up!

It'll show - keep checking sizes and stuff like that. Then off will come the weight again - so your efforts haven't been for nothing x
 
Although you can't help but feel a bit sh*t... especially when you put so much work into it.

I know love, it can be very hard when you feel you have done everything right, all you can do is persevere isn't it.
 
Elle, your body weight can fluctuate up to four pounds in one day (mine does) and weighing yourself more than once a week makes you think you aren't losing it...only try to weigh in once a week and you won't have the panic, and it will give the full seven days' weightloss rather than daily fluctuations...anyway it's only .75 of a pound...and that is nothing compared to my daily fluctuations! I only weigh once per week now, as I found out how drastically it can vary daily...it's torture I tell you!

Keep on and I bet you lose by the end of this week you are bound to...
