I prefer rugger to footie any day...and baseball is awesome to watch too...but then actually playing the sports is even more fun!

I did get in to baseball one summer off of school (back in the day) as I could watch the live games on Channel 5 on Sunday and Wednesdays :D
 
Good morning all! I didn't get a chance to get on yesterday. Muchly sorry if I worried anyone!

So, I did indeed go for a 1hr bums legs and tums session at a leisure centre by work. REALLY enjoyed myself. Did many squats, works the muscles in my tum and leg muscles. I found the sit ups no problem at all but the leg exercises killed me. As I continue I shall hopefully find those much easier! So anyway, it's given me a new direction which is fun and good for me! I was supposed to be going to something that looks painful but super cool called x-biking tonight but I can't as I'd already organised meeting up with a friend tonight. However, tomorrow I want to go and do box-ercise lol. I'm looking into membership card options - definitely up for keeping on going :)

This morning my scales seemed unsure as to whether I'd gone to the next pound down or not...hopefully with some careful eating, water, and some of that boxercise tomorrow I can shift another pound. The only way is...down! ;) x
 
Hi elle, you must be feeling very fit with all that exercise hun.
 
Well I don't know if I can stretch to calling it "all that exercise" - it was only an hour the day before yesterday haha. But it's certainly lifted my mood! Like a healthy form of prozac. x

Reports, reports, reports and more reports Bren. It's end of period so all the sales people and directors want to know how it's going. Not that good I can tell you.

How positive are you?! You go gal! Sounds like you are really enjoying the exercise. It's dem luscious endorphins, you'll be hooked in no time. And toned and lighter and leaner!

Last night I was quite bad - met up with my friend for a meal and had a pudding. But in all honesty I don't feel bad, not even one small iota. Off to boxercise tonight!

I overslept this morning all! Argh. Didn't manage to check the weight. It probably won't be good, as I had many carbs last night lol. I shall step on first thing tomorrow morning and tell you all the result of a mediocre week. I say mediocre thanks to the pud and also the fact that I didn't get to go boxercise last night cos it was my cousin's 18th bday and my sister's wanted to me to go home, collect them, and come back up close to work where said cousin lives. However, I am hoping to go xbiking with Palvi tomorrow morning so that should be good! :)
