Elle, did you survive the x-biking?

I survived everyone! I'm alive to tell the tale! And I'm booked in for next wednesday n all I would've done this Saturday but I'm working over the weekend. It's quite hard, the handlebars do move. And you have to keep changing your resistance, standing up, sitting down, turning let and right etc etc. Fun though!

I checked my weight this morning and it's looking good. But I shan't say anything until tomorrow morning. Tomorrow, when I can, I shall change my signature, sort it out and make it brand new. And start from my weight tomorrow. Woopdedoodaaadayyyyyy. I feel like I wanna dance. To the Spice Girls for some reason. La la la, la la la la la laaaaa. Slam it to the left....

God I've got a horrible spot on my upper lip. It's quite painful.

Oh yeah, I tell you what ruined my night yesterday though. Grrr. This man with quite large teeth farted in my general direction (did he get his inspiration from Monty Python?) at the end of the class. Yuk.

i have just finished a 12 hour shift working all alone and it's been rather manic. as you may tell as i haven't been on here much today, ha. at least i don't owe any time now, and i've probably gained some back too, ha.

Well, it was a 2lb loss on Thursday morning lol. And then I went to bed and 1 lb crept back on! hahaha. Well, I blame it on toilet problems. But anyway 1lb is good for me. Means Im back in 12st 11lbs.
