OI OI! So twas 1lb gain. Boohoo. I'm over it. Went to hips bums bla bla yesterday and i've paid for xbiking tomorrow night. Can't wait. I've decided what my problem was. My attitude to food. I was getting obsessed guys. And that's bad. So, i'm trying to do what Mr. Paul Mckenna does. I'm sticking to the healthy eating. But I'm also trying to reset my attitude to food. Eat when hungry, eat slowly, you know the drill. I'm in a good place! Long may it last.
