yesterday i went over!
i was in a muddle ate crips and chocolate mainly with chinese at end! .. i know i've saved some over so hopefully it will make up for it, got back from hospital at 9pm as my nan was taken in, she has had a stroke
so bit upset but can't let it take over my WI for this week, so gotta be strict for next couple of days, well i say strict.. just basically stay in points!
