Restarting sw from home as have lost my way and put back on weight so not happy with my body at min giving it my all - not to self need a scales :p

Awful day in work -stepped down from mgmnt position as contract up seeing somebody else do my job makes me wanna gorge on choccie but I'm being strong

breakfast

homemade roasted tomato and pepper soup free

pork chops

will try and weigh myself tomo hopefully I get tru tomo with the witch doing my job plus baby fell asleep so early tonight so only got to spend an hour with him today

so didn't get to write in this day as so busy went to see a psychic who really put my mind at ease she was fabulous feel so good about myself and have some digging up to do about my roots

but anyways here was my day

in a rush so only had small bowl of pasta with lean bacon mushrooms tomatoes and onions no syns

Did my food shop today so got a lot of bits I needed

breakfast tea tea one sugar and summer fruits bar 3.5 syns -4 in total

lunch 2 be good bread heb
tuna
cheese 39g allowance hea

kids party so a little bit if cake eaten so gonna try go free and super free for rest of day

tonna try do some more soup tonight have to look up some reciepes

Saturday I'll with flu

We'll woke up with full blown flu so feeling really sorry for myself now!!! Trying to be extra good now because of dominoes yay so here goes

Day off work today to spend with my little family ����

went food shopping so got all my supplies soi am sorted for the next week

breakfast was a late one

one Heb whole meal roll with chicken and a banana =0 syns

dinner was 2 syns

sw spaghetti bologna isle 2 syns for mince less than 10% fat

been focussed for over 5 weeks now ! :D
you tea sounds better than mine tonight ....overcooked a baked potato, was like a rock on the bottom...nearly broke my teeth lol

yeah, christmas is what i'm worried about lol, tooooo much temptation, that will be the test of willpower and control! :D

oh, i ate my potato lol, apart from the bits i couldn't :D...it filled the gap so to speak
 
Weighed myself 8st 12 pounds dunno bout it started my first journey at 9st 13 - now I'm very small so any extra weight can be seen instantly so for my height ideal weight is around 8st5 so need to loose about 7 pounds ����

Sunday a complete mess including wine and takeaway food with girls but I enjoyed it
