Started Tuesday with bowl of fruit oranges pineapples grapes and tea 1 syn
 
Haven't been on in a couple of days but have stuck to plan

today breakfast

plan on having wine tonight 4 glasses 125 ml 10 syns as reduced fat wine

had two glasses but with pizza humph disappointed in myself but I need to get serious as Xmas is fat approaching

Zafira it's called blacktower rose wine and it's 55 cals per 250 ml glass I mix it with I sugar lemon and lime water
It's nice only had two glasses though unfortunately my boyfriend ordered a pizza and I digger into some humph ....

How are you getting on?

may ya treat myself to a Freddy with a tea later seen as I having had choccie in a while feeling big bloated and constipated today sorry I no too much info - feeling good about my food choices tho really getting into swing of things hopefully it last right up to Xmas

dinner was spaghetti Bol 2 syns for mince

So not finished day yet and gave used all my syns up
god the syns system really shows u how ,ch u can overheat when. It on slimming world before sw I would have had that hot choc with whipped cream and a bar of chocolate yes I do like chocolate
 
For supper continued

had my Heb roll and boiled egg and pear had to force myself to eat as still stuffed after dinner

weighed myself on Friday went from 8st12 to 8st9.9 so just over 2 pound lost ☺️

Delighted and and can feel it already

I've been back for 3 weeks and loving it :) I did SW when I was pregnant in 2010/2011 and had great success but left for WW after my youngest was born.

I was okay with my weight until Jan 13 and since then I've bounced between WW and SW with the odd CC. Not been very successful over the year and a bit.

This time it's clicked like it did years ago.

Are you enjoying SW?

I am I love it

i started class in march I was 9st12 I am 5ft1 so big for my height I lost that and got to target in June at 8st 7
went on holidays and it went downhill from there didn't go back to class or even following the basics

but doing it at home this time and finding it good I'm in right frame of mind
feel healthier too
