SnS and exercise, weight training etc..

I'm starting slim and save on Friday when my packs arrive, and will be following the 3 packs a day with the 100g of white meat (no veggies cause I don't like them) and taking multivitamins too.

Only thing I'm wondering, is do many of you have regular exercise regimes? I go to the gym a few times a week, lift a lot of weights and do heavy weight training & then do cardio too. Will I be ok to continue with this while on SnS? Will I require more food on the days I train? But bear in mind I can't afford more than 3 packs a day...

I should add that I have a protein shake at home, the brand is ProTrim and it's low carb, high protein and contains green tea. It's 151 calories per shake.. Would it be advisable to have a protein shake on the days I train along with my slim and save packs?

A lot of is train daily on plan myself included

I powerlift and weight train 5-6 times a week.

An extra pack is recommended but a shake will work. Make sure the carbs are low - what's the profile on that shake hun??

You won't have any trouble training on plan Xx

Per serving the shake is..

151 calories.
24.5g protein.
3.6g fat.
- 2g of which saturates.
6.4g carbohydrates.
- 5.4g of which sugars.
356mg of fibre.
360mg of green tea.
540mg of l-carnitine.

Less carbs than a shake, should be fine hun

I try to stick to ones with 0 or under 3g but that's mainly as I like to be able to double scoop on powerlifting days

Shake post workout on training days should work, see how you feel hun xxx

Okay thanks :) the thing that put me off with slim and save before is thinking I wouldn't be able to workout while on the plan, but knowing I can has cheered me up!
