Feeling good atm. Not at all hungry although just got sleepy so I've got my choc options! My problem comes when I get really busy and haven't got time to plan properly!! Going to try and stay organised!! X

I really need to start doing more at the gym!! I have loads of classes booked for next week so will have to make sure I make it to them all!! I did do a bit of walking yesterday but not enough to count really!!
Too many syns yesterday again but I plan to cut back now and be good for the rest of the week. Hopefully I should come in well below 105 for the week!

Back to green today Just got back from the gym - it was soooo hard today but spinning is definitely the way forward!!! 450 cals in 25 mins according to hrm!
