B - Oats So Simple (5 syns), Milk HEA, apple
Snack - S&V snack a jacks (4.5 syns)
L - Wholemeal pitta HEB, prawns, marie rose sauce (3 syns), lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, spring onions
D - Cod in lemon and garlic, SW roasties, sugar snap peas, mayo (2.5 syns)
Total - 15 syns!!!
Oh dear!! Only realised how many syns I'd had when I wrote this up today!!! First I realised I'd had 2 HEB, then I added up all the mayo! Oh dear... Green days are sooo much easier! X
