Yes I use the fresh pack. Half Syn per pack! I use it mainly in pasta but I do have it on a butty with egg from tome to time! :)

Smash garlic bread was so not as nice as the pizza. Def needs butter at least but I'm sure it would be nice with mozzarella! Weigh in tomorrow!!

Sts for me this week. It is * week though and I haven't forgotten the pizza I ate last saturday night! Hoping to have a quiet weekend this week and am determined to lose this weeks and next weeks weight! I am aiming for 4lb over the next 2 weeks! We shall see!

Oh dear!! Only realised how many syns I'd had when I wrote this up today!!! First I realised I'd had 2 HEB, then I added up all the mayo! Oh dear... Green days are sooo much easier! X
