Sona on Dukan Diet- Restart

The gym? went well althought theyhave "fixed" the cross trainer now its much harder to use!! usually id to 30 mins no sweat and get 200-300 cals. yesterday i did 15 min... and it was HARD! and got 50 cals!! aagghh must have been reallly broken before! so cross trainer not my besti mate anymore!!

treadmill for 15 mins 100 cals!!

another 30 mins should get me back at my 400 cals burning mode i think! Next week me thinks...

The bday meal is tonight!! oowww.. ive been naughty!
forgive me ppl for i will sin!!

Today
B- dukan bread and kebab sandwich going on.
S- shape yogart
L- quiche and laughing cow
s- chocolate latte ( skinny and highlights) but i feel a bit sick now. also had a choci bicci.. and ONE choc button...( the beining of the end for tonight!!)

D- looks like its going to be take out of various kinds... hmmm
going to try my best to limit the damage but i want to enjoy my evening my my fella so will DEFO be having some of the chocolate flake cake i bought him!! hmmm yummy! can on track tomorow and at the gym!!

oh before i forget i did my vigrator plate when i got home aswell

( did u distract them from the bicci n button..hmmm)

WI is on monday next week...
this is my first official week on dukan since the "stuff" is all over.
so no more water retention. Last WI was 12.1.2 and im going to get back and be better tomorow... untill sunday when im at a wedding... even then im guna stickto chicken so should be ok!...

Aim for november 14th is 11.7!! eeeek

you have permission to start kickin my butt from tomorow onwads!

Last night after work i went home and had a 20 min work out on my twist stepper.. working up a sweat! not quite killing it but still a good work out! thought id have a WI just for laughs... so my WI was 12.4.2!! i nearly died!! i know ur supposed to WI in the mornin and i usually do.. 2 days ago i was 12.1.2! So i thought maybe its due to the exercise.. musclesin my legs and also was in the evening ( before my dinner still) so didnt thin too much of it...

Last night we i ended up with half a portion of chips, a fish and a beef burger without the bun.. then 2 hours later i hand a small piece of cake. In addition to this i had a small cup cake, a choc bicci at work and one choc button.

my WI this morning ( after bathroom visit) was still 12.4.2!!
what the heck is going on!! ive managed to put on 3 lbs overnight and thats BEFORE i had the meal!! and its the same AFTER ive had the meal!!

help??? anyone??? im on PP untill it comes down again! and im reallllly kinda upset!! i thought i was having that meal based ont he fact that Weight was 12.1 and it may increase by 1-2 lbs but not three before i even ate!!

gona kill it with water today and lay off the cafe lattes for a while...
im down in the dumps about that.

on the upside hubby bday was a small family takeout meal and he loved it.
 
today

B- oat muffin, coffee
S- shape yogart
L- quiche and chicken tikka
S- laughing cow ( the last one im not getting any more)
D- beef burgers and cottage cheese

Gym - 30 mins on the treadmill and 5-10 mins on the cross traine if i can manage it.

Not happy with my dodgy WI at the moment so gota go military style strict with myself... im even considering NOT having a yogart!!
 
Mmm I like the sound of caulliflower mash - what else do you put in it?

It's a pain when all your efforts don't pay off but they will. Up your water intake, cut your dairy and exercise. Add in a PP day or two and I'm sure you'll get a loss (maybe not a massive one, but still).

I've deleted my sig now, but I always had a loss after a weekend meal with friends (not even remotely Dukan and probably worse than your food intake yesterday) even if it was only about 1/2 lb. The following days, I drank more, used less tolerated foods and tried to lower dairy and not eat crabsticks.

Step away from the scales too until your official WI day.

im just confused its been three weeks and i had lost 4 lbs bt then over night put 3 lbs on! this is BEFORE i ate the carby meal! its just confusing.. im hoping its water retention!

anyway will keep at it.. do some pp days, up the water and back at gym today!

sona my love - water water and more water. NO caffe lattes at all cos it will be made with fat milk. yes you will weigh more after exercising cos your body holds water to repair muscles. drink plenty of water x

i have had 2 cups of water already, one COFFEE and 1 peppermint tea!! two more cups of water sitting on my desk! I understand exercise retains water but why would it be the same last night before my meal and the same this morning after my meal? thats what i dont get!! uuff i gotta stop stressing over this and just get on with it!

I have a yogart with me today so im going to eat it as it will go bad others wise! but no more yogarts for a few days and no more lauging cow ever! lolz

Im gona pp it a few days and cut back on diary as some of the ladies suggested.. just gona make somic with my oats thats it.

thanks GG how are you doing hun? i hope i do succeed with somethng atleast! right now i just have a mini mini goal of 12.1 again by saturday and then 11.7 by 14th november!

these would have been achievable 2 days ago so i dont see why i cant try to still achieve them!! im just having one of those days!!
 
Morning peeps!!

its grim here today! horrid rain! SOO much traffic to work! aagh
WI this morning was 12.3 so it seems to have come down a tad due to drinking alot of water! Had a read up yesterday and its defo water retentions as i have not eaten 10,500 extra calories anywhere!! But i have been exercising and the muscle retain water? also have been fairly bloated!! agghh can u believe exercise would work against u?

Anyway i feel better and "the dress" still fits me.. im wearing it again on sunday to a wedding in london!

B- oat muffin , tea
S- WW yogart ( gota finish them they cost too much to waste)
L- chicken tikka and kebab
D- somic with eggs
 
Hey Sona

Just a quick post as I can totally empathise with your exercise weight gain annoyance... if I do ANYTHING outside of normal day to day I am guaranteed to put on weight the next day :)

it sucks...but at least it's healthy :)
