i know but i was gona hold off untill i got a few days of pp under my belt.. but couldnt help myself.. its helped my mood tho!! atleast i now it's easily lost... i just need to get away from the 12's so that i dont slip back int o them soo easily!

Im ok hon- have lost 13 lbs in 4 weeks - really pleased. going to up my exercise a bit though!
You have done so well hon - I know from atkins that you were stuck at 12st4.
It took me ages for my scales never to say 12 stone anything but can see im on downward trend now!
