Well I've certainly used a few of my weeklies today 14 infact!!!! But I just felt I needed them been feeling very low all day! I don't bore you all but basically having a tough time after giving birth so I have good days and bad but I'm getting there however today as been awful just feel totally exhausted! So off to bed soon before I eat I everything in sight! I'm glad I have the weeklies for days like this!! Night all sorry for the rant I'm normally a positive poster but hey HO!!!
Thanks everyone yeah I'm feeling loads better today! Basically because we are all women pretty much I can say!!! I've been suffering with my (periods) since having poppy they are lasted upto 4 weeks at a time and my iron levels are super low so it effects my mood! Anyway I'm on iron tablets now so hopefully will improve soon I hate being a bore or feeling that way! Today is another day xx

Indeed it does! Being a parent isn't easy, shame the baby doesn't read the manual eh ;-) x
Yeah it would be much easier if they came with a manual and new it inside out ha! We are trying to get her to go through the night so tonight should be fun!! See how long she's sleeps for x
So yesterday was a tough day but I still stated within my points and had the extra 14 weeklies! Today we have been all over the place visiting family in Blackpool etc so I ended up using 4 if my weeklies today but it could have been worse! One thing I've noticed is that my weight watchers pedometer tracks activity from when I'm driving so it must be and slight movement that it tracks rather than just steps!! I was thrilled when I saw I'd achieved 5 activity points but then when I see I've only don't 6500 steps that's nearly 2 points! So will have to be aware of that, however I don't intend to eat my activity points so I just want them as an extra towards my losses x
I was gona eat my ap this week as an experiment but it just doesnt feel right so I just stuck to using all my weeklies instead

She slept till 5am and fed then woke at 8am but wasn't hungry and is feeding now so definitely an improvement only a couple of weeks ago she was a 2 hour feeder which used to absolutely kill me! So glad she grew out of that
I don't eat my AP either, just like to 'bank' them! Remember that the Weeklies are there to use, they are calculated into the plan so we don't feel deprived! X
Yeah I'm just sticking with the weeklies too I have 25 left so will probably dabble into them again! I feel tracking everything really is keeping me on track x

Weeklies are fantastic- they mean I can have meals out and cake etc.
Though last week I went OTT and ate about 30 weeklies OVER my 49! I put on 1.4lbs so not the end of the world. I was very PMT-y and just needed a bit of comfort food.
