I am sooooo cold this evening

The heating is on full blast, and I'm wrapped in a fleece blanket too

....the joys of ketosis!

I've been wearing a heavy fleece and fingerless mits in the house as well as the heating on fll just to keep warm

And the days I work from home I have the heading on full blast during the day too - I dread to think what our heating bill will be

....seems impossible on 600 calories a day

You're right of course.......but when you've stuck rigidly to 600 calories, a single pound off seems so unfair
