If you want to come round mine I've a fair bit of clearing out you could do matey xx
Sounds like you've got a lot going on there Darcy, well done for staying focused on the plan xx
Wow you have been a busy bee!
Hope you get to have a relaxing evening and the very best of luck tomorrow afternoon :hug99:
Good morning Darcy, I can see your house gleaming from Abu Dhabi!!
I appreciate what you are saying about your dad, I had my great gran for a while and she had Alzheimers, I loved her to bits but it was really hard going, we didn't get any help either. Fingers crossed they can do something for you xx.
I love your rantings, I think it's easy to get caught up in the VLCD and make it your life, which a lot of people tend to do, you have a busy life and VLCD is just something that you are doing as part of that if you know what I'm saying, I think people that do it that way tend to be more successful .I know that now that I'm not working I find it more difficult.
Glad to hear the builders have resurfaced, progress at last.
Have a great day, sending positive thoughts your way xx
Well, I am completely amazed!
The social worker visit went extremely well. She was very pleasant, and really easy to talk to. I felt able to be open and honest.
We're going to get funding for respite care!!! Hopefully, also a personal allowance for me to use to help fund a cleaner. Delighted!
I feel so happy, not just with the outcome, but knowing that I am 'on the books' so to speak. Just knowing that social services are at least aware of the situation is very comforting.
The sun has even come out, and I've opened the windows.
All in all a good day!
That's fantastic news :hug99: xx
