Tea:

Just made a yummy fruit salad, big enough for two portions! Not sure whether to have for breakfast with total 0% Greek yoghurt, or to just have after lunch tomorrow!

Eurgh! The scales will not be kind in the morning! Decided to flexi syn yesterday and was happy with that decision, didn't go overboard but enjoyed a non SW breakfast, SW soup for lunch and Chipshop for tea.
Today has just been daft, I came on this morning, ate fruit for breakfast, then had pizza for lunch, more crisps than I care to think about and 3 bars of chocolate even though I don't like the stuff!
I feel so bloated right now!
Back on track tomorrow with a lovely Greek salad planned to have for lunch at work, but I just feel so yuck right now!
Oh well, off to sleep now, and I'll face the music in the morning!
