Sparkes food diary

Hmmmmm, time to get back on the wagon! Tomorrow is official weigh in day! Last weigh in if the school hols and time to start afresh! Will be back into usual routine, no late nights eating crap, followed by lie ins, no brekkie and ***** for lunch!
I'm currently at work and go back properly next week. Got my GNR to run in two weeks time, but will keep up the running at least three times a week afterwards as its really helping with weight loss and body shape!
I can't allow myself to go back to fattening old habits, the lure of a slim Christmas followed by hols again next year where I plan to have a bikini body is far greater than any urge to eat a macdonalds!

Don't worry about your teeny tiny gain this week! 0.4lb is nothing. In fact it's so small, it wouldn't even register if you went to group - it only measures 0.5lb +. So technically, you would have stayed the same this week ;)

Just had a lovely curry! Lamb, red lentil and spinach, tasted lovely and would've been just as nice without the lamb, definitely making that again!
Onto day 3 of being back on plan and no cheating!
Mind you, have had a neck injury which has also affected my arm since a couple of weeks before the GNR, pins and needles started all up my arm from shoulder to finger tips, so finally went to the doctors yesterday, been diagnosed with nerve damage, referred to physio and am now on a strong, once a day sedative pain killer, and I can't drink alcohol with them, so no having takeaways after a few beers weaken my resolve!
No more alcohol till a night out with hubby at the end of the month so hopefully will be a good few pounds lighter by that point!

Hey hun, how are you getting on this week? x
