Not much for me yesterday I was very naughty - non sw lunch

Hi ladies I hope you don't mind me re-joining you all (it's been a fair few weeks ) anyway back on track so here's yesterday's list:

Not too bad for a throw together day! Just hope new found enthusiasm lasts as we go on holiday Saturday!

Wow! You guys are powering through those s and ss foods. Your thread inspired me to do this challenge and i lost 3lbs this week after plodding along at 1lb per week before! Do you think that by doing this challenge made me lose this much this week? are you getting good weight losses too? Thanks and I will continue with this too xxx xxx
