After a full week of eating speed foods I lost 1lb last week after having stayed the same the previous week. Now into my second week of lots of speed foods. Today's plan includes:
raspberries
orange
apple x 2
tuna
onion
peppers
tomato
mixed berries
more onions
tinned tomatoes
broccoli
quorn or chicken (not sure which one yet)
Starting weight after holiday 9st 8.5 lbs.
Target weight 9 st.
3.5 lbs to go.
Week 1 - 1.5lb off
Week 2 - 1lb off
Week 3 - 0.5lb off
Week 4 - 1.5lb off
Week 5 - STS
Week 6 - 1lb off
strawberries
cucumber
tomatoes
red onion
green pepper
grapes (every time I walk past them!)
satsuma
probably pineapple (depends on whether I fancy it or an egg on my gammon)
Apples
rocket (from the garden not the nasa variety - bet they'd fill ya up, mind! lol)
nectarines
celery
not doing too well today... by design...
This 'water content' issue is getting me up around 4-5 times a night and Im knackered the next day!! I wanna sleep tonite! I know I shouldnt be moaning but its been 4-5 times every night this week!!! I usually find this on my first week back on plan 100% - but its not been this bad before! Maybe its all the exercising too...

Feel like I never stop eating at the moment!!! Does anyone else think these speed foods fill you up for a little while, then you're hungry again?
