Ahh yeah cookie i had a lovely inspiring morning with all my friends. One who was doing an aloe vera shake detox thing shes going to give me more info next time

I did Aloe detox once for my psoriasis, NEVER again. Its like drinking grass, lol!

lol i didnt actually see her drink it she showed me a leaflet though. ive never heard of it.

not one bit sadly, but my psoriasis was very very severe.. in the end I had to inject myself with toxic drugs to get remission! Apparently it works for less severe cases, and is VERY good for you... but Aloe is HORRIBLE to drink!! LOL

hot banana coffee is yummy. Also - nice is the banana hot with cinamon in. Someone on here said that it tasted like a danish pastry and I thought "yeah, right "..........but it does!!!

thanks hun im just having a cuppa green tea as am feeling peckish but to keep me motivated i was going through your albums and you look so amazing i am all spurred on again. am gonna have an early night as soon as i can get ds to sleep. wouldnt it be nice if babies were born with teeth.lol.
