Wow! That must feel amazing!!!

i just can't wait to lose weight!!!

It is although I just buy a really nice pair of jeans and now they look stupid again, but yeah amazing to feel the sizes dropping down and things getting baggy!!

OMG!!!!! Just weighed myself and have put the weight lost back on already!! Just shows that if you don't follow through the loss means nothing!!

i have 25 days until my holiday - 25 days which will determine wether I have a fab holiday or miserable struggling with what to wear and how I look!

going to post my weight everyday!

Stace the majority of that will be water and will go quickly just stay focused. If it came to it and you need to nibble then egg or chicken is what will get you through. You can do this hun. Plz believe in yourself!!

I have a fridge full of eggs! Lol I might just boil a couple up and sit them in the fridge so if I want them they are there - I prob won't then - bit weird like that lol

i would love to lose 22lbs to get me to 12stone 13lb. It's achievable if I stick to it 100% so will just need to suck it up! X

It is achievable you are absolutely right.

Boil a couple of eggs and see how u get on you can have a max of 2 a day so if an eggs gets you through a low point of the day then have that egg!! Anything to keep you on track hun

Plenty to keep u busy this afternoon lol but that's good because you really need to be busy and not left to think about food all the time. Which is what I do regularly lol

Il b holding out as long as pos before my shake too but need to have it around 12.30 before my teeth because I don't wanna knock the girl out with tetra breathe lol

Keep the water going and il be ok

Also!! You weighed very early! Y dint you let ur body settle? Lol I don't weigh before 11am my body doesn't like it haha x

8am is my optimal weigh time! This has been carefully monitored lol

By 11 I've drunk two litres of water which won't help me lol

Hunger is a weird thing. It's gone now because I ignored it. How can that be? Lol if your hungry you eat so why feel hungry if you obviously didnt need food? I hate my body ha ha

Because its not really hunger it's ur mind playing tricks on you lol

Yea I don't drink any water until I weigh unless I decide not to weigh on a particular day lol

I hate how the body works too! Very frustrating x
 
Hiya. I hope you don't mind me gate crashing but have read through the whole of your diary. I'm going for my first meeting with my consultant tonight and am a bit nervous about it. I really want to lose weight and need to lose as much as I can in18 days as we just booked a spontaneous trip to Cyprus. Reading your ups and downs is inspiring as its clear your willing to get back on it.

My step mum introduced me to the Cambridge diet as she has been on it for 7 weeks and has lost 20lbs and suffers with an under active thyroid, so this is really good news for her. She is starting to look really nice and I can't wait to be at the same!

Any advice on what products I should buy tonight?

Hi and feel free to jump in. The more the merrier! I'm surprised you read all the way through with me moaning lol but the people who are on my diary help me massively and they are the reason I keep going - especially Martha, you should read her very inspirational diary!

that's fantastic for your step mum. And brill as its given you the encouragement to start too!

as for products I'm very limited in what I like but it really is personal taste. I love the strawberry shakes! And the peanut bars and chewy chocolate bars and that's pretty much it lol I have tried most if the products but can't say I like them. Also trying banana shakes at the minute which aren't too bad ;-)

others though enjoy the porridge and soups. And some live off tetras (ready made cartons)

if you can afford to maybe but a bit more to try some flavours? Your CDC should be ok to swap for things you like next week if dont like them (ask first to be sure)

September 2012 i started weight watchers and lost 21lbs by Christmas but then put it all back on. I am pretty much at my original weight of 14st 8/9ish. I was 9-10st when I met my fiancé (bearing in mind I was only 15) so I'm not really sure what my overall goal is. I'm worried to say a size 10 would be unrealistic lol

thats great that you have his support. I'm sure he couldn't care what you look like and he is laying simh because it wwill make you happy :)

your the same weight as me Hun, what's your height?? And how old are you?

your body shape will def be different from when you were 15 but that might be good and you may feel better a bit bigger than a size 8? Just see how it goes x

XOR tried every diet and was successful and lost about 2 stone with weight watchers years ago but it doesn't teach you how to eat healthily. I used to eat cream ales the lot but stay inside my 'points' and therefore still lost weight. That doesn't help to keep it off long term though.
