Ha ha I drink 2 litres within the 1st hour and a half (as long as don't need to e out of the house. Then take my time for the following 3 litres through the day and evening.

Hopefully the weight will fall off this week!!
 
I've only managed 2 pints so far today, that is my downfall in general, I dont drink enough. You watch it'll be gone in no time at all.

do you use water flavourings? They are a god send for drinking lots x
 
God yeah I absoloutely hate water, pathetic I know. I love the summer berry one!! Right thats my mission tomorrow then to drink 4 litres like you!!! And to not nibble, don't think I'll manage either!!!!!!!

Just set yourself the target to drink 2 litres in the first 2 hours! You can do it - just make sure your home and close to the loo.

as for the nibbling, well I'm worse than you! Lol x

i know exactly what you mean!! There are so many incentives yet its never enough? Or is it that it's too overwhelming?? I don't have a clue! Or just bloody useless! Ha ha
 
I read through a leaflet my consultant typed out and it said that cravings are your bodies way of trying to sabotage your diet because it has spent time building up food reserves and it doesn't want to use them. Its completely true, without cravings it would be a piece of cake, excuse the pun!!!! lol

Its a he actually, which can get quite wierd, but he just says that you kick yourself afterwards and think it wasn't worth it, which is true, so why do it?

I suppose not? I actually look forward to my products too so I don't see why I eat anything else. It's more of a what can I find! Rather than ooo I fancy something and go looking for that!

well today has been a good day and tomorrow will be Be better for both of us!!
