i know exactly what you mean!! There are so many incentives yet its never enough? Or is it that it's too overwhelming?? I don't have a clue! Or just bloody useless! Ha ha
I read through a leaflet my consultant typed out and it said that cravings are your bodies way of trying to sabotage your diet because it has spent time building up food reserves and it doesn't want to use them. Its completely true, without cravings it would be a piece of cake, excuse the pun!!!! lol
Its a he actually, which can get quite wierd, but he just says that you kick yourself afterwards and think it wasn't worth it, which is true, so why do it?
But if I'm honest, I dont eat it and think, wow!!!! Its kinda like the devil in me!!! lol
