Step 1 Sole Source Stacey's journey to size 10 jeans!

Me and oh didnt learn to swim until he was 36 and I was 29! We couldn't swim a stroke! Had lessons at the local centre and loved it! We learnt in the may and swam in the sea in Egypt unaided in the August.

im not a strong swimmer, more of a granny swimmer lol but I don't care I love it!

you must learn! X

Yea me and hubby defo should. He did lessons a whole back but could prob do with a refresh. I would love it if it would tone my body. Defo a plan for the future x

Honestly, I was about a stone and a half lighter than now. But it smoothed out my lumpy outer thighs and my back really well x

Hey Stacey, glad to hear your feeling better. Bless ya I'd be gutted not to be weighed by consultant for 3 weeks, but yeah think of their reaction after the loss you will of had after all that time!!

Sounds good stace and something that doesn't require too much effort if you get me? Lol x

ba ha completely agree! Before the kids we would go all the time on way home form work etc was really nice and relaxing but getting fit without realising it x

Thanks Lucy!

the more I think about it the more excited i get! Lol

I will weigh Friday as usual as scales are same as hers anyway (just like the confirmation) lol

And then the same the following two Fridays til she is back. I really want to prove that I can actually be successful at this and to be honest the amount of money in having to pay out in one go is almost making me cry!

how is your day going? Big loss for you next week I bet! X

I'd love Emily to learn too so il find out about that too. X

Yeh that's my next task. I've put off the boys learning as I know that Owen will be fine ( can't swim but no fear of the water) but Rhys hates even getting his toes wet lol so I know they will need me to go in the pool with him to start with and I will not go in like this.

the weight I'm trying to lose now is so that I will actually get into the pool on holiday and give the boys more confidence in the water x

Oh I do hope its a big loss, well the normal 4lb I'd been losing each week would be good. But thats how I feel, the amount of money it costs it does make me wanna stick to it more!! Same kinda day here really, went shopping for a few bits for fathers day, boys were good for about half an hour and then one threw himself on the floor outside shops and refused to go any further without an ice cream!?! Where that suddenly came from I don't know!!! They won't sit in the pushchair anymore unfortunately so going ANYWHERE is a nitemare!!

3lbs a week minimum I think thats the lowest you can't keep that consistent on any other diet. But your is going to be an 8!

Omg it's a nightmare when they do that and with the two your stuck aren't you lol. Have to admit though I just literally drag him to the car kicking and screaming when they perform. Same in the shops. I get stinking looks and people gossiping but never yet had someone approach me - Id love them to try! Ha ha

more than not now though they are angels shopping and like to help with the promise of a treat at the end which they have at the en of the checkout on the bench whilst I lack and pay - its works a treat!

As I said though there is a huge change in them from 2 1/3 - 3 and I promise it gets easier. I used to sometime think I couldn't leave the house lol

We go 4 weeks Saturday. I know I won't lose 6 stone by the. Lol but very close to 13 and I will be 'happy' enough to put on a swimsuit to have fun with the kids!

Yeah he did jus get dragged to the car, lol. We were right next to the car park otherwise it normally jus works if I leave him and say 'bye then' as he'll run to me screaming and it does the trick.
Where are you going on your hols? You can easily lose 4lb a week if you stick at it so easy 16lb or more in 4 weeks, that'll not be much above the 13's!!!

Ha ha! Woman after my own heart lol

Yeh my loss this week and next as this week hasn't been complete will determine my loss. I would love to be under 13 as my stomach is ruined from my lovely children lol and that makes me bigger than I am. But we will see.

ive amended my overall goal to 10 stone as the 8 stone seemed just too much to cope with. 10 stone is slim and I can decide from there. My body shape is completely different now so I've no idea how I will look at 10 stone? But looks more achievable!

Sorry! We aren't going anywhere adventurous just to burnham on sea to the haven site. Perfect for the kids though as you can basically be home from home with the caravan x

oh I used to love Haven sites when I was a kid, its good for jus that reason!! I'd be excited!! Ive been flicking thro pics of people on Cambridge diet and surprisingly, alot of peoples tummies have gone down more than you think they would, even after kids. I've got a saggy tummy although even at only 2 stone loss, it isn't too out of proportion. I think ull be amazed how you'll look when you get to 10 stone!! Think positive!! If not then we'll see if they'll do us a 2 for 1 on a tummy tuck and we'll go together!! lol!!!

I am excited. We went to a smaller place last September when the boys were 2 1/2! Aarrrrrggghhhh that was very hard work because Rhys especially was going through a delightful phase! LoL

this year they are so excited and keep asking to go to the caravan. There is a lot more at this site too. The website makes me excited lol

i have a disgusting 'apron' yuk!!!! Makes me feel sick! And I can't wait to see that shrink Way!
definatly up for a bogof! Lol
