Starting again. 7 weeks until Christmas!!!

Going to have a rant

Just come off the phone to the drs.. What makes medical receptionist think they are so up there..woman was so rude and I was so not in the mood for Nora to speak to me has she did..
All it is, is my son gave them a medical form for the TA 4 weeks ago and they have lost it but won't admit it..Mrs Nora tried to tell me it had been sent off.. But after I put her straight in a polite but very blunt manor she checked it out and had to then explain to me that no it's not been sent off an there is no record of them filling in form... Lost it you mean was my reply...
Got to phone again on Thursday to speak with the woman that fills out the forms... I will be telling her that when the new form arrives I will wait while she fills it out.. And to think they get paid £65 for doing that form...

Rant over just do no like being spoken down to especially when I know what I'm on about...

My daughter had a Ka she called it smurf..
I call our car a flipping tank...

I hate ringing the doctors! They are stuck up!

Maybe we should Facebook Kim? There's no ice or snow here today! I'm back at uni :D xxx

It's snowing again :(

How are you all?

Ange, you sound a little more upbeat, are yo feeling brighter? I've been worried about you and the toll everything might be taking. Glad bills dad is more settled, there is nothing like being in your ow home. A STS is ok, it could be that you haven't been eating enough, or it could just be that last nights meal was sitting heavy on your stomach. Hope you've enjoyed your Christmas do today :)

Sian, I sooooo know wha you mea with medical receptionists, the one at our doctors is so up herself, whenever you go I there yo can tell she's looking down her nose, its as if its such an effort to talk to you even. Hope you get it sorted Hun x

Linda, how yo feeling?keep at it lovely, I know sometimes it ca be so hard but just picture yourself in 6 months and imagine how much better you'll feel, and so proud of yourself too looking back at all the weight you've lost.

I'm due to weigh in tomorrow but with all the snow forecast ( its supposed to start now, which it has, and not let up until tomorrow lunch time) I'm not sure I'll get there so may have to leave it until next week. I could weigh on my own scales but the are different to the class and I can't remember what I was on them last week to judge.

Smurf, like that :). I am however thinking of cupcake, how girly is that :). I've bought a scraper, seat belt things in Me to You, and some much needed de icer. I did want a 'powered by fair dust' sticker but hubby objects :(.

Anyway my lovelies, hope you're all ok wit this awful weather.

Thank you! My friends mum is a doctors receptionist & they don't have much to be stuck up about! It's not like they are actual doctors! I'm due to weigh in tomorrow too! Xxx

Bill saw a powered by fairy dust sticker the other day and said "I could do that " !!!!!
! He thought it said powered by FART DUST ;-)

Linda I'm with you on the struggling. Don't get me wrong I'm sticking to pp following it 100% but not sure if its working for me. I've always struggled in the past because of my poly cystic ovaries, but they're not there now so hoped it would be better. It's so frustrating isn't it.

Ange, you know you mentioned the fast diet, how long was your daughter on it? I've read the reviews on amazon and it sounds way too good to be true. I've bought the boom tonight £2.75 in tesco so am going to have a read. I have no problem with having 2 days on 500 cals so might try it and see. I'll keep going with the pp until I decide but am just so sick of carrying this extra weight, I'll try anything within reason.

Just had a thought, I know it may be a bit difficult for some I know, but maybe later on in the year does anyone fancy meeting up for a day, somewhere we could all get to by train or car that's central, I don't know, Cheltenham, or Birmingham for example. I've forgotten where everyone lives
