That little gain will be a distant memory soon enough, so never worry. You know where you have gone wrong and you are re-evaluating and re-adjusting to suit which is good! Baby steps mind. This is a big lifestyle overhaul and sometimes we can all be a little too ambitious with the targets/goals etc. Good luck for this week!
Not heard of that one but I'm glad it suits you. Love that you are managing to pop on for even a moment when you are so busy.I'm getting the Y plan countdown - I like the way all the workouts are in 12 minute chunks - much easier to fit in a day!
Just having a quick 5 min break from study, so will see how everyone else is doing. I'm doing ok calorie wise, but am making notes on paper rather than on computer as more convienient this week! Suppose to be seeing friends later. Much to do before then!
