That little gain will be a distant memory soon enough, so never worry. You know where you have gone wrong and you are re-evaluating and re-adjusting to suit which is good! Baby steps mind. This is a big lifestyle overhaul and sometimes we can all be a little too ambitious with the targets/goals etc. Good luck for this week!
 
Been another busy weekend, but at least I was home for half of it! Bra shopping on Saturday - now I finally know what size I am! and all I can say, is WOW, Evans actually stock THAT size instore! :giggle:

Had to study hard yesterday, as I will all of this week as I've got my last assignment of this year to be done by the end of the week for posting. So if I'm missing for a few days, that's why! Was in shock yesterday as hubby cleaned & polished my lounge, and did the ironing! :eek: Just simply unheard of in my house!

Had to take my daughter to her hospital appointment this morning - nothing severe, just about her bedwetting. Then found out my son has sppech & language this week on Wednesday, and occuptaional therapist next week. Also got date for my daughters operation. It's in June on the same day as one of my exams! So, I'm not too impressed, but don't want to postpone it either.

Desperate for a break! Bring on summer!

Yep, I sure am great at being ambitious! Usually I forget just how busy some of my days are likely to be! Ordered my new exercise DVD, so am excited waiting for it to arrive!
 
I'm getting the Y plan countdown - I like the way all the workouts are in 12 minute chunks - much easier to fit in a day!
Just having a quick 5 min break from study, so will see how everyone else is doing. I'm doing ok calorie wise, but am making notes on paper rather than on computer as more convienient this week! Suppose to be seeing friends later. Much to do before then!

Not heard of that one but I'm glad it suits you. :D Love that you are managing to pop on for even a moment when you are so busy. :D

looking forward to a break! lost 3hrs study time today as had problems at school! nothing like making me work hard! but i'm getting there (slowly) :)
 
Phew! 5 minute break! Assignment finished :woohoo: been a very stressful week, and practically been in school every day with problems, and had to stay up late last night, and weds night to get as much done as possible.
WI this morning, and to my suprise I lost 5lbs! :woohoo: maybe I am getting somewhere?!

Another busy weekend planned, but hope things will be a bit more 'normal' next week, appart from O.T. appointment for my son. :)

My new dvd arrived! Just done 24 minutes. was supposed to just do 12 mins per day, but couldn't resist! :p
 
just registered for next years OU modules. so glad i get financial funding to pay the whole whack for me! otherwise for my next 2 modules would have been Β£1185 :eek: no wonder so many folk can't afford to get back into education!
 
I know, it is so steep!! I have a few friends doing OU courses but they are self-funding it. Luckily they can afford to.

not been a too bad weekend. very busy, but didn't go too OTT on food, and even fitted in some exercise last night! Just hope this week's good too. Got hospital on Thurs for my boy, then off to Faskcally on Friday afternoon for the weekend. Finally I will discover more of Scotland. Am just hoping for good weather (or at least not too wet!)
