Got back from holiday yesterday afternoon. boy, it's good to be home! somehow 30 degrees every day and me don't go well together, so I'm a little sunburnt despite using factor 50, and pleased that it's cooler at home! That said, I didn't want rain - at least not with 7 loads of washing to do!
So I'm trying to get back on the wagon today, and thought I'd W.I. this morning to see what the damage is, and boy it's not good! Up to my heaviest ever now at 22st 5lbs! I'm going to give SW another go for now, and see if I can stick to plan properly.
So, my meal plan for today
Breakfast: 30g fruit loops (6 syns), 150ml 1% fat milk (3 syns)
Snack: 2 satsumas (SF), maoam giant stripe (5 syns)
Lunch: celery (SF), cucumber (SF), carrots (SF), lettuce (SF), spring onions (SF), peppers (SF), 40g lighter cheese (HExA), pasta (Free)
Dinner: beef (Free), frylight (Free), rice (Free), mixed veg (SF)
Total syns: 14
