Starting cd for first time tomorrow

Changed my goal 2 to get in the 10's! I need to set smaller targets and that is my next one. I'll then change to the 10st 7lbs for my goal 3. I think I'm changing my Ibiza target to 9st 12 instead of 9st 7 as it's more realistic in the 30 days I have left! Had a soup and a bar today and will have a shake later. I'm going to ss for the next 3 days as I've been naughty! Want to get into ketosis again and then I'm going to ss+ from weds rather than 810. I'll speak to my CDC to see if she agrees first tho, as she's the expert haha! Does anyone alternate between ss and ss+ during the week?
 
Change of plan again........ I'm ss+ now and for the rest of the week, after chatting to CDC via text :) that's better for me anyway as I still get a meal and should still go into ketosis
 
Had curried chicken breast with rocket salad for dinner. Feeling a bit hungover and would LOVE some ice cream, but I will resist! Boyf has just rang from the shop, asking me if I'm SURE I don't want anything. He really doesn't help sometimes!! I think that because I slipped last night, he probably thinks that it's all over now, but no way, not this time!
 
Damn our boyfriend tempting us with tasty food!! My OH is the same. He's always going on about ordering take sways and stuff and I ALWAYS break at the weekend!! You'll be fine if you've got back on it today :) how are you doing tonight? x

Had a good weekend but a bad weekend diet wise! I can't stick to it at the weekend im so crap and always go on a massive binge and ruin it :( it's not his bday for 2 weeks yet haha! I've got everything sorted early though for once :D
 
Glad u had a fab weekend! Well I've now got my weekly weigh in a day early!!! Getting weighed a day early on a naughty week does NOT sound like a good idea haha! Oh well, I'm prepared for the worst! I knew what I was doing when I was drinking and eating so now it's time to pay the price! X
 
Had weigh in a day early...after the binge......lost 2lbs! So so pleased!! That takes ne into the 10's! Whoop whoop x

You still ss+? I've had a not so great day and keep thinking I should change over to ss+. I just kept finding myself in the kitchen, just standing there and looking about... I think I was quite bored today also, no work but crappy monthly administrative stuff that I despise. Maybe I should give it another day or 2 and then see if I really want to switch to ss+. I read somewhere on here that people are freezing their tetras to make 'ice cream'. Sounds good to me!
 
Hi CG, I swapped to ss+ straight after my first week as I knew I'd fail if I didn't eat. I'm now on 810, which is a tinier bit more than ss+ and a milk allowance too. Ss+ is great and I'd definitely advise it if you're struggling! It's so nice hen you get to eat after ss only! You'll love it! Yep I'm over my blip. Had a 100% day yesterday and today. Declined an Indian tonight and just made a chickpea and spinach curry, was beautiful! (not quite an Indian feast tho haha) when's your next WI? X
 
Definitely going to give it some thought. I want to start a bit of exercise so maybe the ss+ meals won't make me feel like I'm not keeping up the plan, ya know? Since I'd be counteracting the food, that is :)
Next WI on 19th. Is it cool to switch in the middle w/o consulting CDC first? She seems not to be too interested anyway so perhaps she wouldn't care anyway, tee hee
 
My CDC said it's fine to do alternate days but once I swapped to ss+, I knew I would never go back to ss again! You shouldn't exercise until on 810, my CDC said as you'll feel too weak. Im only just starting exercise this week. Doing yoga and aqua this week, defo not doing too much as it slows down the losses. Maybe give your CDC a text to see what she says, I think they all differ but mine said it was fine x
 
Yes, think I will text her. I'll see how I feel tomorrow... I actually can't believe I've been back on ss for almost 2 weeks after the add a meal week! I mean!
With the exercise, right now I meant more along the lines of getting my fat arse off the sofa and going for a walk in the park, not actual huffing and puffing stuff:giggle:

So when you have prawns are you having the full 230g? I was just spying on the prawns I've got in the freezer, enough for 2 servings I'd say and the packet is 200g! On the other hand, if it was the only solid food for the day it may not seem enough;)
Ooh, and have you tried to make 'cauli-rice'? I happened across it whilst surfing and it looks like a brilliant thing to do as your veg
 
I always have 200g of prawns and it's a huge portion! Ooooh what's cauli rice? X

Sorry to butt in but cauli rice is awesome! Put some cauliflower in a food processor so it chops it down all small and grainy then I always cover it in soy sauce then dry fry in a pan :) makes a great substitute for rice if youre making a curry! x

FOOD about to be mentioned.......

Just looked through a Chinese takeaway menu and I want one so so so bad! Was meant to be going for a Chinese on Friday but had to cancel! Oh my god! I'd do anything for some chilli squid, crispy shredded beef, seaweed, Sarah chicken, BBQ ribs.....need I go on??? Sorry CD'ers!!! Got prawns, spinach and rocket for dinner :( oh the price to pay to be thin!!!
 
Wellllll had roast chicken, roast lamb (only a tiny bit) broccoli and cauliflower for dinner at mummy's! Was lovely! The prawns rocket and spinach will be on the cards for tomorrow! X
