Changed my goal 2 to get in the 10's! I need to set smaller targets and that is my next one. I'll then change to the 10st 7lbs for my goal 3. I think I'm changing my Ibiza target to 9st 12 instead of 9st 7 as it's more realistic in the 30 days I have left! Had a soup and a bar today and will have a shake later. I'm going to ss for the next 3 days as I've been naughty! Want to get into ketosis again and then I'm going to ss+ from weds rather than 810. I'll speak to my CDC to see if she agrees first tho, as she's the expert haha! Does anyone alternate between ss and ss+ during the week?
