Hi thanks for your advice guys! I wnt and had a lovely time. Once I got there I thought sod it, if I'm having Chinese, I may aswell do it properly haha! I had no rice or noodles, stuck to meat and veg dishes but then I did have banana fritters, ice cream and chocolate fountain stuff haha! Blow out! I also treated myself to a diet coke haha whooooo!!! Feeling ok, I'm doing ss from tomorrow for a week to get me back into ketosis and a kick start again. The key is to draw a line under it and get straight back on! I was full after my first plate and only ate half of my second one which is much much less than if usually have eaten!
