Starting cd for first time tomorrow

Today has been quite hard as I'm getting back into ketosis. I've had a headache today and I'm sure I will tomoz too, if my last day 3 is anything to go by x

don't think i'd cope if i got headaches as well as the tiredness.
 
Oh tell me about it! They're only mild though and they do come and go!
Stuck to ss again today, had a bar for breakfast after my run (last bar) a shake for lunch and veg soup for dinner. I've got a new addiction: sparkling water! I go through litres of the stuff a week haha
 
STARVING!!!!!!! Boyf just had a beautiful prawn stir fry after football, followed now by coco rocks cereal! I just want to be in ketosis now and not hungry!!! X
 
Awake extra early. This happened before as I got into ketosis and I'm now on the dreaded day 3. Eeeeeek! I'll just get plenty of water down me today. Hopefully I'll not be as hungry later as I was last night! My legs are killing me after yesterdays run haha! I haven't even got up to walk on them yet!!! It seems really quiet on here at the mo (last night I mean, not 05:57am) lil legs, felix, CG, BR.....where are u all? :( xxx
 
NONE of my clothes fit! Aaaaghhhhh! This is obviously a good thing but so so so annoying as I literally have no money to shop and replenish! Plus, I thought I'd never fit into my old stuff so gave it to charity! Doubly annoying! X
 
I can't believe you gave away old clothes! I'm such a pack rat, I hardly ever give anything away since I always hope I'll lose weight - so luckily my wardrobe runs the gamut from size 10 to size 22, haha:D Quite a spread, huh?

Have your headaches subsided? Since being on CD I've been getting up no later than 6 (and for a while 6am was like having a lie in as I was up before 5)!

Well, went for a walk a bit ago, about a mile and a half. Went before I had a shake and by the time I got back I was feeling a bit lightheaded. But it was really time to get moving at least a bit, as sitting on my arse all day was giving me that antsy feeling.

How're the legs feeling??:p
 
Well the legs are actually killing today! Headaches have been non existent today which is fab! Got the feeling I had on day 4 last time today but am still hungry so probably not in full ketosis yet! Got a box of chocolates today from one of my students and I CANNOT wait to eat a few in 3 weeks haha! Will be a lovely little treat! I feel like I don't want to move when I join weight watchers, love the cd forum and people on it! :(
 
Hahahaha that WOULD be the most sensible Idea but no, I'm doing my last cd week before Ibiza and stopping there! Ibiza is only 5 nights so hopefully I won't do too much damage and dance it off ha. I miss little things lil sitting down to eat dinner with my boyfriend and he definitely wants me to only do cd up to hols. If I still have a few pounds to get to target, I'll try and get there the weight watchers way I think x
 
Yes, I know what you mean. I wish I was closer to goal! I too miss just simply sitting down to a normal meal. It's still 2 weeks before it's my ss+ week, arrgh. I'm already planning my meals! Am I pathetic or what:D

Well, maybe with all the drinking and dancing you won't have a lot of time left over to completely pig out. Ahhh, just to sip a nice glass of wine, OR how brilliant it would be to have a nice vodka-soda-lime on the rocks....
 
Yum!!! Sounds amazing! Defo not sad, I do exactly the same thing haha! I can't wait to have crunchy cereal with yogurt and a nice roll for lunch haha! I don't even crave bad food, just food in general! I LOVE cooking too and I miss it! :(

Ooh, I'm jealous too! I love cooking too, I have no idea how I've been managing to cook for the bf without absolutely caving. Plus there's my new-found love of baking, hahaha. Today I was admiring my beautiful porridge bowl (I mean real porridge, not the CD crap) and imagining it filled with yummy porridge, nuts, sultanas and maple syrup!!!
 
Ohhhhhhh I love it! Sultanas and maple syrup= best breakfast ever!!!!!
 
Ahhhhh 4lbs is amazing, well done!!! You'll defo still lose! Look what I've had and lost every week! I want a 4lb loss this week, get weighed on Monday. If I can lose another 4 this week, that takes me to 10stone 7 and my 3rd goal! Tried on some bikinis tonight and although they look 100% better, I still feel big, especially my thighs :(
