Well I'm in it for the long haul regardless of any small set backs, so after Thursday it's time to pull my socks up and get on with it!
Saturday - UD
Breakfast - All bran and skimmed milk
Lunch - 2 Warburtons easy roll brown wraps with extra light mayo, wafer thin ham, tomatoes and reduced fat cheese.
Dinner - Homemade chicken risotto with rice, chicken breast, mushrooms, onion, celery, carrots, peppers, chicken stock, garlic, herbs and chilli.
Snacks - Dairylea dunker
Raspberries in jelly with squirty cream
2 mini meringues with Yeo Valley 0% vanilla yogurt
A good day's food where most of my calories came from real food and not junk!
