I was bad yesterday :-( went out for lunch AND tea (and cocktails) and forgot my tablets....
So i had chicken ceaser salad, no dressing no cheese no croutons and the chicken grilled.......and then for tea i had sushi, 4 tiny cucumber&rice rolls, veg stir fried spicy noodles (small bowl), 2 med size chicken, spinach and rice rolls and then my naughty thing was a mini chocolate ganache covered meringe thingy!
Do you think that's REALLY bad? I've got my weigh-in later....i made sure my cocktails weren't creamy and i drank LOADS of water last night (possibly due to the wasabi haha!)
