struggling to find appropriate snacks

i take a small tin of tuna in oil to work for 11 and for 1 i always have a bacon or chicken salad! other snacks for me are just meat! x

I used to take in fish in salt water as well Triv, how's the weather there in Dublin?

I did my shopping yesterday and new in asda are little packs of fish smoked salmon or haddock with a knob of butter...2 and a half mins in the microwave and you've got a tasty snack yum

Hmm, I must see if my Local Tesco has them, though I suspect there'd be revolt in the staff kitchen somehow.

Chicken wings are a good cheap snack - I toss them in nandos sauce and roast them - if you cout the wings in half they are pretty portable you can even dip them in garlic mayo too

ya wouldnt know what to be wearing lol! i was in galway with my family--all girls at the weekend it was fabulous weather i didnt want to come back sorry i didnt reply earlier i never get the laptop to myself! x
