Had 3 days success express and lost 4.5lb xxx
Thursday 4th April:
B: large fruit salad (grapes, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, mango) & mullerlight.
L: chicken sandwich with flora, lettuce, cucumber. Tesco tutti frutti fruit salad (180g) (melon, grapes, kiwi, mango).(HEX B 1) (2).
T: Prawn stir fry (out of the meals in minutes book) (more stir fry, less prawns/ noodles). (1/2).
S: grapes, hifi deluxe bar. (HEX B 2)
Friday 5th April:
B: large fruit salad (grapes, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, mango) & mullerlight, alpen light bar. (HEX B 1).
L: chicken salad (asda tikka chicken) with lettuce, cucumber, carrot, red pepper, sweetcorn. Grapes. Alpen light bar (HEX B 1).
T: veggie omelette (mushroom, red pepper, onion) with small salad.
S: 200ml milk (HEX A), options brownie hot chocolate (3), hifi deluxe bar (HEX B 2)
Saturday 6th April:
B: 2 weetabix, banana, milk, strawberries. (HEX A) (HEX B 1)
L: prawn salad with lettuce, cucumber, carrot, red pepper, sweetcorn, small fruit salad.
T: luxury shepherds pie (out of the 50 free original days book) with carrots and broccoli.
S: hifi deluxe bar (HEX B 2).
Sunday 7th April:
B: 'French toast' with 1/2 tbs golden syrup (1 1/4 syns), strawberries, raspberries. (HEX B1)
L: jacket potato with flora (2) + small salad.
T: mugshot with large salad, hifi deluxe. (HEX B2)
S: fruit
Okay so I haven't been totally sticking to what I'd said in the previous food diary but still success expressing it
Today:
B: 2 weetabix, milk, banana, strawberries, raspberries (HEX A) (HEX B 1)
L: Prawn salad (100g prawns, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, red pepper, sweetcorn) with fruit salad (grapes, mango, strawberries, raspberries)
T: 'Luxury Shepherds Pie' (from the 50 free original days book), carrots, broccoli & apple sauce (2 syns).
S: Curly Wurly (6 syns), Hifi Deluxe bar (HEX B 2).
Total syns today: 8 syns.

If this is any good I can keep posting my food diaries when I do SE but sometimes it gets a bit repetitive, lots of salad & jacket potatoes etc

Hi can I check I get it. 2/3 of every meal super free food
You can have any free food on either red or green
Only super free foods for snacks
Healthy extras are the same
Therefore most syns must be taken with in the main meals
What if you want a glass of wine
Am I being stupid
