In my defence it only hurt that bad the once, but I was feeling crap for most of the day, and since then I've had 1 sweet.....in ten days LOL. terrified of them now and they keep staring at me!!!!!!

My two best friends from uni used to buy polo mints after dinner every night. One night, before one of their first year exams, they decided to be healthy and buy sugar free polo mints instead. The pair of them were up all night and almost missed the exam the next day!

I ordered some, they came today, they are so yummy...and just too moorish!!! intended just to have a couple...I think I must have had about 10 now, hope thats not an overdose!..lol

Oh Laura... I had no idea how much damage those little sweets could do!
Was kind of expecting some "side effects" but OMG! Gurgles, crampy bloated feelings then wind ...and then like uncontrollable wind, then...well...whoops and whoosh!... and again, and again! LOL, no need to buy laxatives again!!! very glad I was alone!
