All these people that starve themselves or make themselves miserable doing silly fad diets ought to look at your photos! You’re a great example of what can be achieved with good, healthy food x

I’m actually loving SW and it has taken me years to get here...However, I personally always felt good on a vlcd (apart from feeling cold) and never felt I was starving once I was in ketosis... and to be honest a part of me would go back on a vlcd in a heart beat if I had a Pharmancy doing the Lipotrim Programme within driving distance...as I think now I would be better equipped to maintain my weight loss thanks to SW...I do know that is probably the addict in me talking:classic_roll_eyes::classic_oops:

I’m sure I am not the only one who finds it difficult to get use to the slow weight loss on SW compared to a vlcd...that is why... I keep telling myself this is not a diet, this is how I am eating for the rest of my life...so the food I eat is just everyday food I like...I am not waiting for the diet to end so I can have this and that...I will eat now whatever I want within reason and I do try my best to keep within my Syn allowance which is easier some days compared with others...the main thing is, it seems to be working and I am slowly making progress and I feel good:classic_smile:...I just need my head to stay in this frame of mind.
 
You say you would go back on a vlcd but what has happened every time you have done one. You also say you would know how to maintain the weight loss thanks to SW. But would you be able to stop yourself from over indulging once you got the taste for food again after a vlcd.

This way it may be slow but you are eating healthy food you enjoy and along the way learning portion control.:)
