Starting weight: 18st 2 lbs...22½ lbs off...now 16st 7½lbs:classic_big_grin:

Sleep: Still not great:classic_frown:
Fitness: Out of 10...I give myself 2:classic_roll_eyes::classic_oops:
Clothes size: Was a tight 22/24 on top...now comfortable 22...20/18 bottom...comfortable to a little loose now:classic_smile:
Satisfaction on SW diet plan 100%:classic_big_grin:

 
Welcome to the can't sleep group. I've been having 4 hours sleep for a few years now. I go to bed at 10/10.30 and awake again at 2.15. Sometimes I go downstairs and try to get a couple of hours on the sofa. Other times I just lie in bed and nod off and on until I get out at 6am.:classic_roll_eyes:

You should have a new career as a photographer for cookery books. My food pictures never make my food look as appetising as it does in real life somehow. The colours never look as bright as yours. Your food always looks great.

Thank you for your nice comments:classic_smile:...I take my photos under the lights of the fan extractor hood and the counter top lights which probably help.
