Sorry for being AWOL... I have been very sick with a tummy bug since Wednesday evening🙁. SW went out the window...I have been following the BRAT protocol (minus the rice). Since yesterday I have been able to drink my milky coffee and today I feel back to myself...

Just as I was back to normal I hurt my foot and have been laid up for a couple of days feeling really very sorry for myself😢...back on two feet again and making slow progress.

Normally something like this would set me back diet wise and give me an excuse to have my own pity party...however, this time I have not given in.
 
Ah sorry to read about your foot - hope it heals soon - you're doing really well to stick to the plan - so easy to convince ourselves that we a 'valid' excuse! :classic_eek:
