It doesn't matter how long the second stone takes Mini, it's coming off that's the main thing :) You salad from last night looks so colourful and inviting!
 
Hi Clareel,

I am desperate to get this second stone off as quick as possible as it will make such a difference to my energy levels and the other incentive is to drop a clothes size...at the moment the only difference that 15lbs off has made is that my clothes fit more comfortably...saying that...I did order some clothes from River Island and had to return them as the size 22 in the duster coat and linen blouse were on the cusp of being too big...I kept a T-shirt which is very nice...love, love, new clothes.

I am a big fan of salad and thankfully they are beginning to get more fresh tasting and plentiful in the shops...first time I put strawberries in my salad and I found the combination amazing. Husband loved the combination as well:)

Your oxo roasts look fab Mini:p how did you do them?
Par boiled them for about 12 minutes, drained and shook them to rough the edges, placed them in an oven dish and dissolved one Oxo cub in a 300ml of hot water and poured over the potatoes, cooked in my preheated oven at 200 for 40 minutes...(adjust temperature and time to your own oven)

I had excess juice in the roasting dish near the end and wanted to crisp my roasted more....I poured it off and used it as a gravy with my dinner:classic_smile:

Some recipes out there say 250ml of water and two Oxo cubes plus a few sprays of Frylight...

It was my first time making them and we both thoroughly enjoyed them.:classic_big_grin:...whoever came up with this idea...well done and thank you!:0clapper:
