Summer's weight loss journey - one day at a time

Half a lb off this week. No idea how as my head it totally not in it. Second interview went ok but didn't get the job. Am going back to my old job in 3 weeks time. Trying to stay positive even though technically I'm going backwards in terms of my grade and position. No signs of star week, have had a negative PG test though so no worries there. Think it's all the stress.

1/2 lb off though- 'grats! Hope things settle down soon... Will you keep looking for other jobs or just leave it now? Hope whatever happens works out for the best. X
 
+1lb this week, so shocked it's not more. After 2 weeks off plan, 3 meals out, cake, 3nights of drinking wine and full English breakfasts im amazed lol. Ass is truly kicked now and am 100% back on it. Went to body combat last night which although I'm aching now, I feel so much better for doing. It helped clear my head. Also going to track water intake again now because I've been drinking loads of tea and coffee and no water!!!
 
Wow- lucky it was just a pound, but really glad to hear you are feeling good back on plan!! X
 
P.S. I'd count tea as water intake- it is mainly water, right? :D I certainly count green tea and squash as my water intake.
 
I use an app called water balance and tea and coffee don't count towards the water goal on there but I count squash and fruit tea as water!!

Yeah I guess english tea is half milk/sugar/sweetner so is kinda like counting diet pop as water... Not great water ;)

What is your fave flavour of green tea? We tried them all and out fave is lemon LOL one of thr most boring probably... I do love the mango and lychee too though!
 
Only tried the cranberry one so far but i am enjoying it!!
Going to watch the rocky horror this evening with my mom and a gang of work girls, we aren't dressing up as it's an early production and post work but I'm so excited! Going for tea after too, either the pub or for a curry so saving almost all of my syns for that!

Two days of giving in to chocolate cavings has left me feeling so sluggish and low :( got tummy cramps and think it maybe the start of star week, either 17 days late or 11 days early. So miserable and know I won't have lost this week even though meals have been on plan, just a few too many syns.
 
Aw *hug* hope WI goes well, though * week water retention and whatnot...
Have had real sugar cravings this week too, think I am going to cut out the diet fizzy drinks as they noticably cause the cravings for me :/ all that confused amd unused insulin...
 
Oh nooo.. What other issues? Damn *week... I swear men must have it SO much easier than us when it comes to weight loss!

My moms having tests at the hospital for chest pain, yesterday she had to have some invasive investigations and was on the unit where I work. Yesterday was my last day in the office so the girls bought lots of picky foods in and I'd made cakes. Hubby's uncle is in hospital on intensive care and things don't look good for him, we are spending lots of time with him and hubs mom. So yeah, things not going well at the moment and it's making it hard to stay on track.
 
Scale hop today shows +1/2lb so arse is well and truly kicked.
Did a double class today at the gym then went food shopping to get organised for a week on plan.
