Ok so i've totally blow my 100% days by going way over my syn count but i don't mind too much. I had a DVD day with my friend and had a few too many chocolates and there may have been a hot cross bun involved too :rolleyes: lol. Will be having pizza tomorrow but i will gracefully accept a gain on tuesday as life does get in the way sometimes. Back on the SW wagon for the other meals tomorrow and from Friday :D

Don't worry i will still be doing the 30 Day Shred so hopefully i won't put on too much :D
 
I am back on the SW wagon after my 3 slices of stuffed crust pizza yesterday. I know that i have gone over my syns total and so i will be trying to have syn free days until weigh in :D

Wow i have had such a busy day today - had to give loads of lifts and do the weekly shop later than usual as i was busy over the last 2 days and haven't managed to find time.

I have had a good 100% syn free day today though :D! So i'm happy about that, along with the fact that i found Double chocolate Aplen lights in ASDA :eek: So i may have one of those later as i have half a HEB left over.

Green Day:

Breakfast: Beans on toast (HEB) with Semi Skimmed Milk (HEA) and banana and apple

Lunch: Tomato soup with 2 scan bran (Part HEB) and melon

Dinner: Mushy pea curry with rice

Co-op has got fibreplus bars for a quid. Not my local one though as I got the last box :p

:eek: total rudeness! - Should have save me some :p lol i now predict a trip to co-op taking place tomorrow...:rolleyes:

But on the good side you have something as you treat agains *yays* :D

Such a hectic day yesterday! First we had guests over and there was alot of cooking anf cleaning involoved lol After that my brother's friends came over to watch Amir Khan fight. The amount of junk in my house yesterday was unbelieveable :eek: There was loads of crisps, maltesers, galaxy minstrels, Chocolate buttons, Domino's Pizza, Poppadoms, Currys, Samosas, thats all i can remember lol But i was good and i did not try any of the junk instead i had a packet of grapes while other's were snacking on chocolate :D

Ohhh i tried the Actifry chips yesterday and they were soo lush. I actually had to make up 2 batches in the family sized actifry because all my family (including my extended family) loved the chips and just kept eating them lol

Anyway i had a 100% day yesterday which was also syn free - I had a sneak peak on the scale to see how much damage i'd done this week and am not impressed with what its telling me as i really didn't think i did that much damage :sigh: So am determind to stick to my syn free days before WI

Wow. Well done you for avoiding all the chocolate. I'm not sure I would have been that good but then if you would have kept going if you had any of it, you did the best thing. I have tried actifry chips but I'm not sure I could wait that long on a regular basis ! (how long do they take ?)

Thanks Gail for having so much faith in me :D I defiantly needed to resist considering i've had 1 1/2 badish day this week.

The first batch filled the entire capacity of the Actifry so i cooked them for 35 mintues and the second only took up half the capacity so i cooked them for 25 mintues. I defitnaly just perfer just chucking the potatoes in to cook rather than faffing about with Par-boiling so i find Actifry chips better than SW chips. Plus i always burn SW chips so i cannot cook them to save my life lol :rolleyes:

NEVER SNEAK PEEK!

Good luck on the syn free days - I've had five in a row and had 12 syns today (there's still more of my day to go but I think I can make it without attacking the biscuit cupboard!) but wish I hadn't had any as I didn't really need them!

Wow well done on your 5 syn free days, I don't know how people can go that many days without any syns. I'm missing my chocolate weetabix and small funsize chocolate. Do you not crave chocolate/snacks when you have syn free days?

Plus your 12 syns are defiantly within your daily and weekly syn count so don't worry to much. You're doing really well and those last few pounds will defiantly come off :D

Another 100% syn free day down! I can't wait for my syns to be reset on tuesday lol I do think i like the daily syns much better than saving them.

Oh i do have pictures of my meals however my cousin has nicked the lead to my camera so i can't upload them. If i get time (and my camera lead back :p) then i may edit this post to upload them but i am heading out with the family today (So i'm going to do an EE day) but I can't update my diary till tomorrow.

After my trip out with the family the day before yesterday i also went out yesterday. I went to North Devon with my friend.

In North Devon I went to Combe Martin Beach and another one but i can't remember the name for the life of me lol :rolleyes: I also went to Ilfracombe and picked up some homemade Fudge (Butterscotch and Vanilla Clotted Cream flavoured) :drool: Now i just gotta resist eating too much of it :p

I tried to stick to plan as much as i could and so will be going to WI on thursday instead of my usual tuesdasy as i was out yesterday. So fingers crossed for a good result :D
 
Have had a 100% day today and managed to resist eating any of that amazing fudge i brought yesterday. I also realised that today is wednesday which means my syns counter has been resey (Yays) and so i can have some syns again! Woohoo! Though i'm going to try and keep them to a minimum as i got a trip to Pizza Hut planned on Friday and am determind to stick stay under my weekly syns as i don't want a Flexi day as i think i've been enjoying going out a bit too much lately

Green Day:

Breakfast: Egg and toast (HEB) apple and banana

Lunch: Heniz Cheese and tomato ravioli and melon

Dinner: Spaghetti with quorn meatballs (HEA)

Edit: I forgot to say that i've discovered that i do not like the taste of Heniz cheese and tomato ravioli and so won't be having that again - Especially since it also has a syn value and its not worth it in my opinion
 
Well had an 0.5lb gain last night which i do not mind as i knew i was going to gain. I'm glad it wasn't 3lbs like my home scales were saying :eek:. The advice the C gave me was to mix up my days so i'm going to do Red days this week to see if it affects my losses (with Smartie obviously lol :p)

We are having such sunny weather here at the moment that i'm loving it - The sun means that i'm going out loads more and for some reason aren't as hungry though i do sometimes crave a milkshake or ice cream or a salad :eek: lol

I brought some Sugar free Strawberry Crusha but it wasn't suitable for vegetarians so i couldn't have it :( My low syn milkshake idea went out the window so will be sticking to Mini twisters and Mini Milks to satisfy my cravings lol

Ooohh i was seriously unimpressed with Chocolate weeatbix when warmed up. Its ok and niceish when cold but defiantly not warm so i wouldn't suggest that anyone tries that lol

The lack of food can be put down to about 5 hours spent in ASDA and town looking for some clothes before having to rush off to WI (as it was a different class)

Just about to head out to Pizza Hut so i thought i'd do a total on how many syns i've already used this week so i know how many i have left from my 105

Syns so far: 0.5 + 2 + 1.5 + 2 = 6 syns so far

Left over for this week = 99 syns

Not too bad then

Got to go - Wish me luck :p I got my meal planned out lets just hope i can stick to it lol
 
Ok back from my awesome trip to pizza hut with my friends! I had soo much fun today and it was nice to catch up with friends. I did manage to kindof stick to my plan of action with the only deviation being a piece of garlic bread! So am chuffed with myself that I stuck to what I said id do.

Ok syn count time
Garlic bread = 5
Pizza = 34
Mud pie or cake thingie (homemade by a friend) = 15
Fudge = 4
Sauces used in salad (in food diary for lunch time) = 1

Total syns used = 59
Syns left over = 99 - 59= 40

Omg I must have gone wrong in my calculations as I can't believe I have 40 syns left over?! All the syns I had today are the ones above but I just can't believe I have 40 syns left over - that's more than enough to get me through the week! Am a real happy bunny now :)

Will update the rest of my diary tomorrow as my brother wants the computer and I wanted to record all my syns so I don't miss any out or forget to write them down tomorrow :D Xx

Lol all my postivity about my syns has gone the drain as i've now used them all up! I balme my cousins belated party celebration and the trip to the park. I had a a SW suitable cheesecake that my aunty made so i don't know the exact syn value but i'm counting it as about 20 syns because i had 1 1/2 slice - i know greedy but it was nice lol

Then at the trip to the park i had a double scoop ice cream with flake. The flavour of the ice cream i had was Chocoholic heaven and Carmel fudge clotted cream - My god but it was lovely and i know i have no syns left now but it was worth it :D

Other than that food wise i haven't been too bad lol Had a fruit salad and a normal quorn salad which was nice :D

Ooohh im my opinion i had a NSV as i actually didn't mind having my picture taken today :) - I didn't feel out of place next to my cousins :D

P.s. I can't believe that there's only a month and a bit left till my birthday! Family is already asking what I want for my big 21 party. No idea what i want for my birthday yet though. My aunty has already planned a kinda surprise party with my cousins for my 21st but i have no idea what we're doing yet and apparently can't find out until my actual birthday lol

Ooohhh i have a new favourite snack - Frozen Grapes! I tried them yesterday and they are amazing :drool: Other than that been busy with the family and attempting to do some assingment work however the sun seems to be distracting me for working too hard :rolleyes:

Tiny piece of my brothers easter egg (3 syns?) i Know i have no syns left to use but i thought rather than binge on a whole one i would just nick a small piece to keep me satisfied and not go over board :D
