Had another 100% day today - Though my dad was really mean to me today. He came up to me while i was sitting down and pinched my tummy and said 'i thought i was getting a slim daughter, so whats this' - that really annoyed me and so i sulked for a little while but got over it. Ahh well

I will do that next time and i know they are supportive but i don't know why sometimes i get comments like that..
My personal take on this...... your family has teased you for many years about your weight. And I think that sometimes they forget just how far you have come (like we do sometimes) so occasionally a tease comes out.

Sorry didn't update yesterday - I did have a 100% day but my mum's decided to tourture me lol For the last 2 days she's been making me clean and scrublol i hope that counts towards my body magic or soemthing useful
Worst part is that mum says we're not done yet
we still have more cleaning to do *Help me* lol
Anyways i've had a good food day and so am hoping the scales will reflect this week aswell
Green Day:
Breakfast: Puffed wheat (HEB) with Semi Skimmed Milk (HEA) and grapefruit
Lunch: 6 Ryvita Wholegrain (HEB) with 2 laughing cow triangles (Part HEA), boiled egg and lettuce
Dinner: Lentils and Rice
Snacks: Tea x 3 (Part HEA), Orange, Apple, Kiwi Fruit, banana
Syns:
None
Exercise: None unless cleaning counts?

Yay us and our 100% days
I had a good 100% day yesterday. I am also over the moon as i think my parents are the best in the world! Guess who has a Actifryi know real chips - I'm drooling just thinking about it :drool: so you will now see alot more chips in my diary lol
Green Day:
Breakfast: WW Danish Brown Bread (HEB) with lentils and banana and grapefruit
Lunch: Pasta with boiled egg and mayo, followed by natural fromage frais with sweetener, kiwi fruit and a funsize mini banana (Ooops had 2 bananas today)
Dinner: Pasta n sauce with quorn pieces and salad
Snacks: Tea x 3 (Part HEA), Orange, Apple, 2 x Alpen Light bars (HEB)
Syns:
Pink wafer (2 syns)
Extra light Mayo (0.5 syn)
