Thanks GG... don't expect anymore to shift this week but very happy.. shows how quickly those carb lbs can be shifted once you eliminate them again. x

Hi ladies, yep busy with work and reports, marking trying to think about packing our hse up before we have to move into a friends in 2 weeks until the 16th of august.

20pts is going okay and the exercise is up, even pushed myself to jog outside! I know!!

WI was up 1kg, we thinkg due to Codine and workingat 21 pts when I should have been on 20. Was hubbys bday on the weekend too so have been AWOL, sorry.

Little worried about not lossing anything before I go away! Really would love a good loss on Fri night.

Hey Alex and Linz, really busy, fallen slightly off track but back to it hopefully tomorrow. Work, moving this weekend to our temporary 8 week accommodation, reports due, proof reading..... On and on it goes!

WELL BACK TO THE BEGINNING AGAIN.

Holiday next Sat for 13 days in the sun and trying to be focused this week and maybe still keep that focus up to some extent over my holidays??

Alex and Linz, hope you are both well and sorry to have abandoned you's.

House moving was exhausting and went on for 3 days and I only expected 1.5 days! Been living with hubby's mate for the past week and he goes away for 10 weeks (the entire time before we can move into the new house), so looking forward to having the house to ourselves.

Didn't manage to loose much if anything before my holiday and hoping that when I return I can become focused and loose about 6/5kilos by middle of Sept, as we have a wedding to fly over to Perth for.

OMG what has been happening? Tell me all.

Glad your getting some time alone. I'm having a bad day...but hoping to get back on track 2moro. 9 weeks to my birthday!
i've temporarily moved my horse to a closer yard so hoping to start cycling there....which should help!
 
ok so I was 172.4 today.........am so suprised and wont be suprised if it goes back up by next week

Linz our selling ans buying dates didn't coincide, so hse sitting for a friend who is in Malta for 8weeks long service leave.

Holiday was fab, ate and drank LOTS! Done 2 days of WW okayish?!?!? But only 1 session at the gym in 5 days and it's not looking like I can get there until wednesday or thursday now. Might do some more cohens food combos to shift some extra lbs! Must admit I think I've lost 1 or 2 lbs since my return as feeling less bloated. However,....., TOM arrived today $@""&.
 
Whoop whoop! Bren your back....yay! so have you managed to loose 2lbs as well as go away that's fab!
you'll never guess what I did yesterday.......I, yes I, actually went to the gym! amazing! just did 10mins on the bike, then 10 mins on that strider thingy and then 1hour in the pool. I haven't swam in over 2 years....and I actually really enjoyed it.
today was going really well, up to 6pm I'd had 930 cals....then I cycled to the horse (3 mile round trip) but when I came home it went a bit wrong...over indulged on the biscuits. aren't feeling too guilty though as have done this exercise which I normally wouldn't.
are we going to get back on track again together???
what day do you want to weigh in? WE WILL DO THIS.....i'm on a bit of a high at the moment...to be actually below 175 yay!!! its no where near what i want to be but at least i'm not at 176+ anymore (hope I aren't tempting fate).

House, holiday, life...tell all.

I gained before my hols a little and then on my hols. So I think about 3kg's Im around 78kgs/171.6, which is the highest that I have ever been!!!! Well at least in the past 4 years.

So thinking that Sat morning could still be our official WI. Perhaps even Friday's? Anyways I am glad to be back as I need minis for the focus and also saddened that I am quite heavy.

Holiday was fab and we meet a nice young man from Germany who was taking a year off and on his travels to New Zealand to work, told him to FB me and hubby if he comes to Melbourne for a holiday at some point. Also a gorgeous English couple which we hung out with for 6 days, drinking and eating LOL.

I have a wedding as mentioned in 2 months and a school formal in 2.5 weeks. Hoping to be back at 75kgs for this and then hopefully down to 71 by end/mid Sept. Given though I move house on the 20th of August however this move is easier as everything except our current clothes and small items are in storage and already boxed!

Still going to use the WW recipes and ideas but think I might give CCing a crack for a change to limit my food intake. Going to aim for 1100 - 1150 per day and on the days that I exercise I will do 1300. All still low but not a a bare minimum. If I go to the extreme and go low my body takes longer to loose as it thinks that it is starving.

Tomorrow I am on an excursion and will just have to eat healthy. Breaky will be at a cafe and will be scrambled eggs and 1 slice of toast or might buy a cuppa and eat a yoghurt from home??? Will take 2 apples and buy either a fruit smoothie or salad for lunch?? Might not be able to be to exact tomorrow but aiming for;

breakfast
fruit + tea
lunch
fruit
coffee
dinner
tea and bar
Lets do this I am not feeling comfortable at all in my clothes.

Also and you are doing brill. Under the 176 and in a positive frame of mind. You were probably really hungry due to the exercise, never mind in future not the biccies and perhaps a hot choc (Low Fat one)
