Sunday....perhaps time for a new diary?

ohhhh just a quick question - how many cals do you think i should aim for a day including fruit...............1500 do you think, maybe 1650 if I swim??

First training session was great. I feel motivated now!

I've eaten about 1200 cals today. Five weeks till we move and I've bought 2 sessions for the next 5 weeks. Bodybalance tomorrow night, Thursday hairdressers and Friday another training session.
 
today is bad, was ok until i got home, and ive had a flapjack and a white bread bun with butter, argh! totally uneccessary...............off to work it off now. :-(
 
So you need to, like me, work out what you can do at that time of the day. Can you have a snack already made up for when you get home? I find that this helps. Or perhaps have your tea early?

I am going to go to a class tonight at the gym, body balance, it's like yoga, relaxing for the mind but building strength and toning. Cannot wait.

What a day, glad it's over. Hairdressers in an hour or so.

Food has been ok today. I've eaten 1 extra item, a atkins choc crisp bar.... oh and 4 extra crackers.
 
Oh Alex we were but I was driving and couldn't post, bummer!
 
ok so my weight today is 173.2 - lets hope I can at least maintain for when I get back bren. xx
 
Well I am very pleased to say that after a tumulucious week, with the scales. That I have managed a STS. I am 77.7kgs/170.9lb.

I am feling positive and much more in control of the food and exercise, which is still only about 3 times a week. I would like to aim for 4 this week, with yesterday as 1 under my belt already. I have a training session on Tuesday and Friday again so just need to hopefully go to a class on Wed night?

I went out to the pub last night for my b'day and only had 1 glass of wine, watched the football and had the vege option (which was drowned in cheese!). Good think I had eaten small and low cal during the day.

It has been a good day food wise;

poached eggs, toast, avocado, half a tomato, asparagus and a long macciatto....mmm

1ltr of water, several green teas

crackers, 2 dates, yoghurt

veges and tuna

Not bad.

Giving a presentation this afternoon, a little nervous. Haven't presented to colleagues for a while? Still got a couple of things to organise before I talk at 3pm. Wish me luck.

Oh and I don't know about everybody else, but I have been really struggling to remember to drink water! Some days I have only been drinking a pint!
