Well today was like I expected I ate well, salad for lunch etc, however when I got home some nibbling. I calculate about 1480 cals.

The above post was the one I said I wrote but could not post last night. Even St the moment I am on my iPhone.

Bit disappointed that I have no energy for the gym, although I going to bed early tonight. I have written a plan for tomorrow and now just have to stick to it! Ha ha.

How are you?

Linz I also wrote a post and the Internet lost connection. I think go gradual with lowering hour carbs back down. When you were in the zone and having good losses were you moody and not sleeping then?

Well it seems that I can post but just not anything longer than 4 sentences. Otherwise the internet connection drops out??? Cannot wait to move suburbs where the signal is better!

I gained before my hols a little and then on my hols. So I think about 3kg's Im around 78kgs/171.6, which is the highest that I have ever been!!!! Well at least in the past 4 years.

So thinking that Sat morning could still be our official WI. Perhaps even Friday's? Anyways I am glad to be back as I need minis for the focus and also saddened that I am quite heavy.

Holiday was fab and we meet a nice young man from Germany who was taking a year off and on his travels to New Zealand to work, told him to FB me and hubby if he comes to Melbourne for a holiday at some point. Also a gorgeous English couple which we hung out with for 6 days, drinking and eating LOL.

I have a wedding as mentioned in 2 months and a school formal in 2.5 weeks. Hoping to be back at 75kgs for this and then hopefully down to 71 by end/mid Sept. Given though I move house on the 20th of August however this move is easier as everything except our current clothes and small items are in storage and already boxed!

Still going to use the WW recipes and ideas but think I might give CCing a crack for a change to limit my food intake. Going to aim for 1100 - 1150 per day and on the days that I exercise I will do 1300. All still low but not a a bare minimum. If I go to the extreme and go low my body takes longer to loose as it thinks that it is starving.

Tomorrow I am on an excursion and will just have to eat healthy. Breaky will be at a cafe and will be scrambled eggs and 1 slice of toast or might buy a cuppa and eat a yoghurt from home??? Will take 2 apples and buy either a fruit smoothie or salad for lunch?? Might not be able to be to exact tomorrow but aiming for;

breakfast
fruit + tea
lunch
fruit
coffee
dinner
tea and bar
Lets do this I am not feeling comfortable at all in my clothes.

Also and you are doing brill. Under the 176 and in a positive frame of mind. You were probably really hungry due to the exercise, never mind in future not the biccies and perhaps a hot choc (Low Fat one)

fridays or saturdays are absolutely fine for me. 6 weeks tomorrow (friday) i am going out with work for mine & anothers joint birthday....so thats a good incentive for me.
when is your birthday? does it fall on a friday by any chance?
 
My bday is next Saturday and my wedding anniversary is today!

So dinner out tomorrow night and with wine.

I've done 1300 cals today and yesterday maybe 1270?

Feeling a little less bloated and feeling that CCing is the way for me for a little while.
 
Ok WI this morning says 77.7 kgs. So nearly 1lb in the past 3 days that I have been more focused. Just had a protein shake, going to shop then gym, shake or yoghurt for lunch then thinking of book a cheap hotel in the city tonight for our anniversary dinner.

ok Bren, so i'm 171.8 this morning. so not coming off fast enough but at least its going down. I go away for a week on thursday.............i must try to stay on track while im away and when i get back im going to join the gym!
 
Where are you going? As for joint the gym, that's great! Hey and if the numbers go down on the scales or sts well at least it's not in the gaining.

Yesterday I was 171.2lbs today, even afte 4 white wines, I have lost. Down to 170.7lbs!! I ate protein all day then the gym for 1hour and a 25 min steamroom.

Today eggs and 2 slices of bread, muesli bar, protein drink, 1 coffee and 3/teas green. Not enough water though. So low calories and high protein for me ATM. Not ready to stick with WW for the moment.

today i'm 171.4 will the steamroom help??? there is a steam room at the sauna.
i've also had my hair cut....short....and now i don't like it! :-( just hope oit grows quickly.
going to london for a week so its going to be really hard; eating out and not having any scales to keep me on track.
 
Alex, well done that's great! I find that the steam and sauna are good for eliminating toxins from your body. My thoery is that its beneficial in helping your body get rid of the fat because for me I think fat is a toxin?! Do you kow what i mean. Good for assisting with your heart rate and skin, oh and also relaxing!
 
When we were at a gym years ago in Perth, before we moved I lost alot of weight as after a gym session we di 20 mins in the sauna and steam.

Seem I have to post very short replies for the connection to work!
 
As for London, remember choose carefully, salads and veges, steer clear or bread and sweets (take some gum with you or low fat hot choc). If you feel like something sweet after dinner have fruit when you can or have a cuppa and take a bite out of a biscuit and leave the rest. Stick to your guns and focus on your birthday! If you gain a little what would you like your weight to stay under?

So I was completely good yesterday and a massive 1.8lb gain!! Going to ignore said freak gain and have been good today also with about 1550cals.

fruit toast 250
protein bar 198
greek salad (had olive oil...) 220
coffees 145
hot choc 56
almonds 80
crackers/avocado/cheese 200
fish and vege 300

Going to perhaps head to the gym? Actually no marking tonight and gym Tues/Wed and Fri. Two of these with a personal trainer.

Oh and I did walk around the city with students today taking photos so earned about 200cals? we were out for 2.5hrs.

Still doing spilt posting sue to internet.....

So around 981 cals. Sounds like a plan.
 
A good day wont instantly lead to a good WI the next day. The body takes time to break down foods etc and burn the energy and convert it to fat/muscle etc

That's why I always say weekly checks are better ;)

i would love to come home at the 170lb mark - but that means I have to lose between now and then!
did 80 lengths at the pool last night, only a very small pool so I figure its about 30 normal lengths maybe less.
today was not good, not bad, but i couldn't stop picking ALL DAY but i did try to pick on fruit which means ive had a banana, 3 nectarines, an apple and a tangerine today in fruit alone!!!
