Sunday....perhaps time for a new diary?

Well funeral was lovely. A tough, long day. I've had 4 hours sleep and been up for 24 hours now and plane delayed 3 hours! So drinking a coffee in order to stay awake until I can sleep on the plane.

Going to give Dukan a go tomorrow and start 3 days of Attack. Should be easy as I will be sleeping for half of it!
 
Oh bless you Bren.. glad the funeral was a fitting send off!

I have some friends over on the dukan board, they've done well at it. Maintainer (Jo) is the woman to fire questions as she's the expert. xx

Yeah WW is good but I need a kick start or something.? Dukan looks easy and like it will not feel like a diet.

Otherwise will be back to Cohens.

I want to be on a diet and feel pretty relaxed about just doing this, as I have no boudaries or real deadline. But WW is not quite working for me ATM?.

So tired just arrived I've had 3 hrs sleep in 29 hrs! Going to have a nanny nap when I get home, not for too long just another few hrs. Wanna sleep properly tonight.
 
Right i have had another 3 hours sleep, just been out to the shop and bought some food to do the Attack Phase of Dukan.

Today I've had 200gm of plain natural yoghurt (no fat of course) and trying to drink g/teas and water to make the 1.5 quota of water. Dinner will be salmon steak with a sauce from the Dukan book. Dessert will be the gallette with a TSP of no fat fruit yoghurt.

I have also made lunch for tomorrow.... salmon and egg mini little fritatta's (like quiche but with no pastry). This has a small bit of cottage cheese in it. Will also take a tin of tuna and yoghurt (for breakfast).

I already feel full today and I've just had the yoghurt.
 
Hi hun, enough to just get throught the next 5 hours before bed time again!

Just going to get guzzling and do a bit of house work and then mark my last 4 exam papers. What you up to today?
 
Do you hae to attend WLS meetings after surgery then?

Sounds like a busy day but not overly busy...
 
Perhaps just go for one and see if there is anyone nice that might be worth being friends with? And while everything is going smoothly always a good idea to keep the momentum strong, you might be really inspired by someone there or even learn about some highs and low's you havent experienced.

Ive just had my dinner, was delicious. I am feeling poorly though but think that this is due to lack of sleep. I was very tempted to put some cabbage with my salmon steak but decided to persist with the crappy, tired feeling and stick to the Attack Phase 100%. Feeling very full and know that in about 1hour I will need to eat that galette (oatbran daily requirement), wont be hungry but will still eat it. Looking forward to WI on Monday. With the Attack Phase of 3 days and 2 days of PP and PV I should have a good result.

Well just ate mine.... Not bad, especially with a dollop of no fat berry yoghurt.

So today;
Yoghurt
Salmon and herb sauce
Yoghurt
Galette and fruit yoghurt

3 g/teas so 650mls of water and 900mls of tap! Wooo hoooo I did my 1.5ltr. That's 100% dukan attack today!!!!!

Should I weigh in the morning or just wait till Monday?!? No I will wait till Monday.
 
Not sure about changing days !?!?..... Decisions....

Well didn't sneak a peek this morning..... But this afternoon I did ;)
I've lost since Monday, started at 76.7kgs and down to 75.3kgs! If I just presume this is only Dukan loss, then that's 1.4kgs/3lbs in one day!!

Not jumping back on until Monday now, promise.
 
Yeah, just got to stick to once a week. Wont do a sneak peek anymore. Im feeling positive that I should see continual losses for the next 3/4 weeks or so.

Roll on Monday. Good thing is hubby is working all weekend and that means that I can steer clear of the alcohol.
