No idea!

We are thinking the movies. It's looking like I might be able to squeeze in a 30 min workout. But really I will just make a healthy decision if we go out. I've been really good all week and tomorrow I am going in the truck with hubby for work, so can take all healthy food. I should also do a work out in the morning. Basically will save points or be on track tomorrow.

But nerves kick in for Mon WI whenever I know I'm dieting. I lost without even trying when I jumped on on Monday been.

45 MIN workout done! 20 mins on the bike and 25mins of sit ups and arm weights.

Think i have earned about 2 or 2.5 pts. Hubby is stuck in dreadful traffic and is not sure if he will make it home in time for the movies?

I think I would like to just have a wine and nice meal tonight. Been a sh*T week due to my nan passing and the week we were in Perth was crazy busy. Some school holiday break hey.!@ Never mind, if I do, I am not going to make myself feel guilty that i havent finished a 100% first week. Not going to go crazy just over probably 3 pts which I may not get the opportunity to redeem.... before monday that is.
 
Well I had 8.5 saved and unused for the day plus 2 from a workout. Total 10.5 pts

Dinner
2.5 glasses of red 4.5 pts
Fish salad and half chips 8
Half a steamed pudding 5.5?

18 pts .... So I've gone over by 7.5 pts. Oh but we did walk 40 mins round trip (hilly) to the pub and back so that's minus another 2.

Okay final tally at 5.5 pts over. I might be able to earn these back by Monday?
 
Well hubby and I have done 2 hours weeding in the garden. Some I've 1mtr tall! Don't think the last owners did any work since we bought it months ago.

Think I've earnt about 2.5 pts.

Porridge 4.5
WW bar 2.5
Lunch 5 ( left over polenta and chick pea/tomato goulash.)

Off to work with hubby on a country trip for 8 hours ( he drives lorries)

Must drink more water!
 
I just said to him, we need to buy water! Now.
 
Yeah I've only had about 800 ml, so far as we were gardening this morning for 2 hours. I used to have no trouble drinking 3 ltrs. a day but winter has been tough this year. Really going to try this week for 2.5 each day.
 
Well I am up to 1.5 and should make 2.3 by the time we get home.

Well only made 1.9ltrs yesterday, problem was not alot of places to pee on the road! So couldn't drink any more. lol

Good news is I stayed within my points. And i did have banana bread from macca's with a skim milk coffee!

Today;
soy milk porridge (half water/half milk) with bluberries 4.5
1/2 a light creal bar 1
coffee's 1
tuna and vege for lunch with a match box size piece of soy cheese 4
almonds 2.5

So i am at 13 and have 7 for dinner and I am planning on a work out at some point. Sooooo sore from gardening yesterday and then sitting on my bum in a truck for 8 hours.

WI tomorrow and I do get nervous about these. Just would be happy to see a 1lb (450gm) loss every week or 500gm metric (us Aussie's....)

I must say I am feeling thinner?!

Hope everyone has had a lovely day. It's been beautiful here today, not too hot, 22 degrees and warm. I am now just going to do some work for school for the days I am away back in Perth for my nan's funeral.

Oh and had a plain slice of sour dough bread ?.... maybe 1.5 so that takes me to 14.5
 
Well stuck to my points yesterday. Bang on 20. No workout, as I had alot of school work to do.

This morning was WI.... I've gained 1lb?! But I must remember Friday night I went over by 8 and have only knocked 2 off that before WI.

Always when I try to loose it doesn't happen. When I just eat sensibly and forget 'DIET' it drops off?!?!

At 14 and have 6 left for tea. And on the bike now for 20mins and weights after for 20 mins.

Not sure if I should be on a 'diet''? As body seems to loose when I'm not on one?!?

sorry ive not been on here much lately...but im back now!
so quick update
first week at sw -5
second week - didn't go (poorly :-()
third week + 1
next weigh in is in 3 days

so ive not been brilliant in terms of being good with food choices, but at least i am loosing a little
i've now decided i dont care how slow it comes off, as long as its coming down or staying the same i dont mind.
how are you doing? are you closer to any mini targets?

todays food intake -too much!
exercise:
15mins on treadmill - 150cals
10mins on bike - 50cals
couldn't do anymore in the gym as there were 2 people in there which were really putting me off
so....did 300meters in the pool
 
Hi babe, great to see u back!

I'm like u don't really care about the slowness just as long as it comes off! Just bought the Dukan book, in all honesty it looks pretty good. Looks easy to stick with.

I bet u have logged off now.... Bummer.

I'm at the airport waiting to fly back to Perth for my nans funeral.

Think I might start the Attack phase of Dukan on Wednesday. This for me should be 3 days as I have only around the 20lb mark to loose.

My god the plane looks like it will be full! Damn was hoping for a vacant seat next to me.

We must work out a similar time to log on.
