Today
Soymilk porridge with blueberries 4pt
Banana 1pt
Coffee 0.5pt
2 slices of bread with vegemite/ soy cheese 4pt
Soy yoghurt 1pt
Half can of diet sprite 0pt
Half a WW bar 1.5pt
3 dates 1pt
Tofu burger pattie with rissotto 7

And 20 mins on the bike followed by 25 mins weights and sit ups earned 2.5pt.

So that's 20 minus 2.5= a total of 17.5. Very pleased with this. Must drink more water. I drank 4 g/teas today and only 800ml of water!

Thanks Linz, still shocked about it all.

Anyway 2 really good days under my belt and aiming for the same today. I've been trying a vegan approach, already vego so figured the change of protein might put my on a new path. At dinner both days I've unfortunately eaten dairy cheese in a risotto and instant mash which had milk powder. Never mind no ones perfect.

Must drink more water today. It's still quite cold here so finding it hard.
 
Only 1 glass of water and a green tea so far and it's 2pm!

Must fit in some fruit later and veges. Going to a friends for coffee tonight.
 
Well if I can drink a glass of tap water breakfast, lunch and dinner and then have about 4 g/teas for the day? I should be around the 2ltr mark. No milk in g/tea so I figure that this counts for water intake.

Whens your WI day then? Looks like mine is Monday's.

total of 21 and I cycled on the bicycle for 20 mins and did 1.5hours wedding in the garden so earnt about 2.5pt. Thats officially about 18.5. not bad. Another day (3 now) under my belt. Lets hope that my WI on Monday reflects this.

When I went away to Perth for a week, I had to just eat when I was truly hungry and wasnt able to pick in fridge or the pantry. This is something that I am hoping to stop doing. You know the past 3 days really havent been that hard. I thought that seeing as I lost a little bit of weight and really just had a week without point tracking or being on a fade craze I managed to loose. I read in my Women's Health mag the benefits of being vegan and thought well I might give it a go for the week and see what happens. So in the past 3 days this is what I have done.

Although at the evening meal I usually cook with some form of dairy, milk or cheese. Tomorrow I am going to try and avoid this and have a full vegan day.

It was truly refreshing to know that really all I need to do is exercise at home (our gym) for 30 mins every day or at least 4 or 5 times a week and some of this weight will naturally just shift. I have also been listening to my body and not eating unless its a meal time. Otherwise its a hot drink or a piece of fruit. I feel confident that I could be onto something here! Trying the vegan thing, and really enjoying my new kitchen I have really decided to make the effort and be creative and exciting with my cooking. For the past 2.5 years living in Melbourne, hubby and I became very complacent about cooking as it was easier to eat out.

It does help that our gym is at home now and I dont have to find time to exercise. Today I did 20 mins whilst dinner was in the oven! Usually I cycle at night in front of the telly whilst something is on.

Well I think I am off to bed it's 11pm and I plan to blitz all my marking tomorrow as I have that time off work next week to fly back for the funeral.

Well 2 cups of green tea and 600mls of water. I think a total of 1 ltr? Already got the next 600ml bottle filled and will easily drink 2 more teas this arvo. Usually have 2 after dinner too.

As for food:
Soy milk porridge 4.5
Banana and other fruits 2.5
Soy coffee 0.5
Vegan brown rice snack bar 1.5
1 thin slice if homemade bread 1
Total of 10 points and I will be doing another workout tonight before dinner! Should earn 2.5pts. This will be 4 fabulous days now!

I am loving the vegan experience even if at the evening meal I do include milk diary because of hubby.

What's really bugging me is I have lots of student work to mark by the end of the weekend and I really wanted to spend tomorrowin the garden.... Doesn't look like that is going to happen as I keep finding more school work that needs preparing for start of last term on Monday.

But I'm still guzzling down the water. Put flavouring, WW, in it today. Will buy some more later when I pop down to the shops. Dinner is veggie ragout and polenta.

Well feeling good. Day 5 now and really enjoying soy products. Last night I did have diary cheese in my polenta, not much though. Not sure about dinner tonight, it could be left overs?

Already started my 600 ml bottle of aqua and hoping to slotmany green teas in whilst I mark for 3 hours! Would love to get them all finished.

Might just be the one day I go over. Nevermind we shall see. I could have sushi or no dinner but have pop corn?.
 
Marking last folio, and I've drunk 4 green teas and one bottle of water, 600mls. Must make a second bottle now.
