Well done on sticking to 810!! Reading your diary has inspired me not to go and find our vending machine in order to stop my rumbling tummy! Will pick up a banana on the way home from work instead!

Herewego, that's nice to hear. Did you go with the banana option in the end. So tough when we get those weak moments. Ah we all have them. This is def not easy but compared to being uncomfortable in my clothes maybe it's better to hang on in there. Hope you've had a good day Hun.

Laura, how's austrailia going? I'll have a read of your diary and catch up. Yep I'll keep u filled in on the dress whenever I find it. Lol.

I perked up this afternoon thankgod. Just need to get through tonight now. Eek! Gotta be strong with myself. Might have an extra cd meal. My period is due any time so cravings are really high. Getting more orange and caramel bars from CDC tomorrow after work which will keep me going. I'm officially seeing my CDC for a weigh in next tues which will be 12 days of 810. Hoping to have lost the holiday weight by then. Ya gotta love cd for the fast weight loss lol.

Morning :) thanks hun. Yeah my totm arrived late last night. I feel so yuck that I've taken today off work. It means I make the day up another time but I needed a tv day at home. Hope yours comes soon. It's such a relief when it finally does.

I stayed the same weight this morning as did other half on his diet which is interesting. Sts is fine as long as it budges tomorrow. Im sure it will. I have a feeling tho I'm feeling sick due to 810 so I'll have to keep an eye on this. I'll stick with 810 for now and c how I am. I've got into the 810 routine again so don't want to stop it. Probably because of totm and the end of jetlag perhaps.

Off to sleep for a bit and I'll be back. Xxx

Sorry your feeling not so great with totm I hate it so much it really is such a pain.. I am sure you will have a loss on the scales tomorrow hon.. try and drink lots of water today. If your not feeling so great on 810 go up to 1000 hon you will still get good losses.

OOOohhhhhh yay. I've found a wedding dress i love and am going on friday to try it and probably the whole shop on :) The ones i tried in Florida were way over the top but great fun trying them on.

I really need to get organised, make lists and get on with everything. I've totally loved having time off over Christmas and got used to the relaxed schedule but time to sort myself out.

So this dress hunting should keep me on track this week! There's nothing like a wedding to motivate you hehehehe...especially when it's your own!

I've had a lovely relaxing day doing very little other than dress hunting online. I slept till lunch time which i needed, still feel week but have enough on my plate to keep me motivated. I'm feeling lighter already which is a nice feeling and i must get on with weights to get rid of the bingo wings!!!!!!

So much to be happy about, need to focus on these things as it was a tough year last year.

Yay to cd and thank god for this site to keep me focused.

Ive lowered my goal wight seeing as I'm getting married. I'd like to be around 8st 8lbs which would be a small size 10 for me. So I've lost 4.5lbs so far and have another 15lbs to go. I feel okay about it tho now that i'm back on cd and in the right zone. Silly me tho for putting some weight back on but at least i have a grip of it now and feel a bit more in control.
 
ooohhh dress hunting is so exciting! I wore a size 24 wedding dress which sucks and is the reason why i want to renew our vows one day!

I have no doubt that your May wedding will happily keep you on track! You will look stunning! Get pictures of wedding dresses stuck all over the fridge hun! I now carry a photo around of me at "normal" weight and that keeps me going!

Ooohh the night has flown by for me. Work is closed tomorrow and my fiance is on his way home via train from London. So happy to be waking up tomorrow to no alarm sounding, freshly brewed coffee, ready to layer up clothes to go play in the snow. It's all new to me as i missed it in Florida. Awwwwww bliss...altho i think its due to stay into next week here in Hampshire! Not so good as i won't earn any money and won't be able to go dress hunting but i really did need some time off....

Thank god for coffee...think it s getting me through lol! Al his cold weather too and i'd love a jacket potato or stodge of some sort but hey ho :)

I'd say we'll be out taking snowey pics for a while yet. I've taken them all night on my iphone but we'll get the good camera's out. It's been snowing for 7 hours non stop and is already 5-6 inches thick. 16 inches due here by morning. Glad i stocked up on cd meals and general food last night.

Hope everyone is ok...i know the snow for many is auful and many get stuck. I haven't got kids so i turn into a big kid when it snows.

hope you have a wonderful snowy playday hun! We've not got much snow here in Northants which i'm gutted about, but as the reat of the country is suffering so much, i'm staying put and working from home! Always nice not to have to go into the crappy office! lol

Wedding planning is so much fun, i kind of envy you! Project manager by name, project manager by nature! My hubby hates how organised i am! lol

We actually went out in the snow till 3am so lazy morning today. Actually it's really bad here , cars sliding so pleased we enjoyed it last night instead.

Weight pretty much stayed the sanme other than a point nothing down but feel like I'm losing inches. My tummy goes flat when I hold it in unlike in Florida when I held tummy roll 1 in rolls 2&3 stayed out lol. Still 810-ing but low energy is hard. Not too bad and feeling lots better so still sticking with it for now.

Think I'll do fish for dinner and keep it light today. Cd is costing me a fortune but hey it's worth it. I never got around to going for CDC. Too busy with my job, setting up a new company, snning wedding and also looking into moving abroad! Phew!

you will get used to 810 soon i'm sure.....i'm back on SS and on day 2....its hard work but i still have 3 packs to have....i will have one in a bit and then 2 later! I love this bloomin diet!

I know what you mean about your belly! I feel the same! lol

I know !!! How silly. That's otherhalves fault lol. He's mad! Yeah cd is pretty great. Makes me wonder why I faffed with another diet for years lol.

Right we are making our invites so gotta get going. Otherhalf is a great photographer so we'll use a pic of us, print on card, print invite on translucent page over the top and tie at the top with silky ribbon. Wanting them square!

I organised my sisters wedding with her and loved it. Think I went overboard with chief bridesmaid duties but that's me lol
